Nothing at all - it was perfect.

Well, what can I say? The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The apartment was amazing - excellently placed for Europa Park (our main reason for staying). Our flight was delayed so we arrived as it was getting dark. But the instructions we were provided were excellent and we were able to locate the keys and let ourselves in with no issue. The size was perfect for the four of us (2 adults and 2 children). Amenities were well thought out, with a great kitchen area with cutlery, utensils, and appliances for all options (this has been lacking in other apartments I've been to). Great storage options for clothing, and WiFi onsite, as well as access to TV with apps you can login to (my children appreciated this especially in the evenings). It has a parking spot which is hard to find and whilst we didn't use it on this occasion it it a huge bonus. Nadine was an excellent host, from initial questions on the booking through to the end of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and our comfort and ease was paramount to her. We requested a late check out due to flight times and she was happy to oblige (we appreciated this depended on the next guest staying). She had also set up instructions in 3 languages - as Brits we appreciated English being one of them! I would not hesitate to stay here again, and am already planning our next trip!

The apartment was perfect. This is not a criticism of the apartment or the host but, if we return, we will hire a car as the nearest supermarket is quite far, and the train station is some distance also. There is a bus going around Rust, every half hour or so, and a different bus takes you to the station, but it are quite infrequent at certain times of the day, especially in the evening.

Loved the quiet, spacious, apartment. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony looking at the river flowing past and the wildlife - very calming also. Very short walk to Europa Park. Lovely eco-friendly cleaning products were a pleasure to use. Interactions with the host were a pleasure - really had the impression they wanted guests to be happy. Would definitely return and can recommend a stay at Harmony Apartment.

We have stayed with Harmony Apartments a few times, it's like our home from home. We just love it. Really comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, everything you need for your stay. Balcony that you can enjoy a morning coffee with a river view.

Nadine was very easy to contact, we arrived earlier than expected and we're able to check in early. Great location only a short walk to europa park. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again when we return to the park.

Beautiful apartment, enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun. Comfortable beds, good shower. Vanessa checked in to see if we needed anything and left us extra towels for Rulantica. This was our third time staying with Vanessa and will definitely be back.

We arrived on a Sunday evening so everywhere was closed locally for supplies like milk and groceries so for guests arriving on a Sunday by public transport use the vending machine near the bus stop for snacks and drinks.

Great location for Europa park and bus stop about 7-8 mins away and bakery close by for breakfast. Lovely feel in apartment with cool furniture. Balcony with relaxing view of river. All we needed as not there long.

Wow ! If you’re going to Europa Park this is the place to stay. Lovely apartment, with a balcony overlooking a river and just about a 10 minute walk to the park which means no car parking charges. Also, the host was really lovely and helped us whenever we asked anything. Thanks Vanessa !

Communication with the owners was great, location is amazing, super close to Europapark entrance (you have to take the car to go to Rulantica because it's 25minutes away if you walk but there is one day of free parking at one of the parks included in the stay). Super super clean, bed was comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Spacious apartment, clean and warm with nice balcony- view of river and Europapark Silver Star! Free parking, 10 mins walk to Europark and two minutes from nice bakery and good pizza restaurant. Host Vanessa very helpful before and during the stay, thank you for a great weekend for our family.

Spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, balcony to sit and enjoy the hot weather on. Big plus as its only a short distance from Europa Park. Vanessa made us feel like part of the family. Will definitely be back.

Amazing hospitality at a groundbreaking level! Hotels and pensions, be fearfull! Staggering location: river front balcony, exceptional position( not too close from all the buzz and still at a 5 minutes walking distance from the park.) The hosts have made contact with us before our arrival so as to welcome us in the best possible way. The cleanlines and chic minimal design are worthy of a five star property. Quality warm natural decor.They anticipated our situation (small child) and have prepared a solid baby bed along with sheets + pillow+ duvet. Upon arrival we were greated with lots of friendly advice and availability. They had offered a selection of organic tea and coffee. The hosts are an educated family who sustains an eco environmental tourism. Upon departure, the hosts came to say goodbye and had offered us a generous basket of freshly picked organic plums and hazelnuts. We shall not hesitate to comeback whenever a chance will arise and wholeheartedly recommend their service.
