Everything was perfect.

Close to the public transport and can take Ubahn direct to HBF. The cafes also nearby. The receptionist is very friendly & welcoming

since we got a room at the top of the hotel, one side of the ceiling was quite low, so we had to bend down every time we walked past.

The accommodation is quite average and reasonably priced. I wouldn't choose it again myself. Staff very friendly, wi-fi good. Parking nearby provided for a fee.

The room is very small for three people. I was bothered by the loudness of the fan in the bathroom and that there was no storage space anywhere in the bathroom. But what bothered me the most was the real dilapidation of the rooms and the entire building, which is really not visible from the pictures online. The room does not have AC.

The location is good, 5 min far from metro

The building is old, and the room is without air conditioner.

Breakfast

No aircon , and one of the windows was broken and would not open . The hotel did supply a fan , but it was noisy and ineffective in the heat . No parking available so had to pay to park on the street . Bathroom was dated and cramped as was the bedroom .

small rooms, the fact that the window opened onto a staircase, so if open, someone could have easily entered the room; there was no good wifi

The citycenter was very close, we walked always. We could buy breakfast near the hotel, and ate wonderful dinner infront of the hotel.

Downtine and that’s about it on the good side.

No A/C in the middle of the summer / no parking spots. Elevator stops between floors so you still have to walk a flight of stairs. The bathroom is extremely outdated.

The guy at the reception has been really kind to us

The camera and the bathroom expecially were small. The elevator reaches the 4th out of 5 floors, we had to carry heavy luggage up to the top of the stairs. The whole hotel wasnt really clean, we found some hairs on the bed and in the shower, plus a few crumbles around. The celeing was really low in the room, my friend hit it with his head in the middle of the night

We stayed in a 5th floor with no aircondition and exactly when it’s summer hot weather. Better requests to stay at the middle floor.
