Though we booked the place for four people through Booking.com, only the double bed was prepared. Since we arrived late in the evening, we had to find sheets and pillows in the common laundry area and make the beds ourselves. When we asked about it, the staff explained that we should have mentioned again at check-in that we were four people. However, because we had already specified this on the booking platform, it should not have been necessary to repeat.

Great place to stay if you’re in town for business or leisure and have plans in that part of Munich. The area is very quiet so it’s not ideal for those seeking the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything is managed conveniently via smartphone. The facility is very clean DIY-style and offers excellent co-working and meeting spaces. Just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly downtown.

Not enough lockers so you may need to sort alternative on your last day. No air con, which was tough in heatwave, but big windows let in plenty of cool night air and fan was provided. None of this offset value for money.

Fabulous place to stay - quiet, comfortable, a home Away from home. Away from the tourist areas, but easy access to altstadt etc via public transport, or longish walks. Excellent restaurants of many cuisines a stone's throw from Bob W (Schwabinger Wasserman and Elia were excellent, and local wine bars, like Das Weinheim, a must do!). Grocery shops nearby too for stocking up - there was a fridge, microwave, and hotplate along with pots and pans etc so you could prepare food easily. A great place to settle and explore München and Bavaria. And online help was always prompt and helpful.

I stayed 10 days and fire alarm for entire building (that’s 4 floors about 20 rooms per floor) when on twice. Horrible could not be near building. We waited 45 minutes outside on street. I was told technical but who knows. My only concern

The apartment was clean and modern looking. Located in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and U-bahn. Garage right behind the building (reserved in advance). There is no reception onsite, however, the staff was very responsive and helpful when we contacted them.

The only negative thing is that the lift was broken my entire stay and there is no air-contidioning at the building. Since I was there during very hot days, I couldnt sleep well.

The breakfast cafe is open only from 9 o’clock and the gym was 18min walk from the room.

That the bed is against the wall. This is not very comfortable for the person sleeping on that side of the bed.

No staff on site. It was not clean although they say this is a point of difference. (Heavy layer of dust under shelving where I had put my suit see) Although plates, cutlery glasses etc , only a small packet of ground coffee provided but nothing else. (No tea, milk etc) and extremely expensive

All good but slightly nervous about accessing doors, lifts and apartments online with no key. All worked well but don’t like being so phone dependent.

Good location, easily accessible by underground from main station and short walk from underground station. Nice neighbourhood. Great facilities.
