Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Dust on shelves and in corners. The linen is well past its best. The duvet cover we had was holed in places and split on a seam. Also the towels were quite threadbare. We cannot comment on breakfast as at €25 each it seemed quite expensive. Lastly, whilst we were not affected by this, be aware the reception is only manned during office hours. Twice we encountered guests looking to check in out of hours with no apparent clear instructions on how to obtain their keys. (There is a code box outside the front door).
The positives are the excellent location, literally a few steps from the Marianplatz and 5 minutes walk from the old bridge. In addition they have an underground car park. The room was a reasonable size and had a balcony which was nice. GREAT shower, roomy and fantastic water pressure, you could pressure wash your patio with it!

Air conditioning did not work. Location of fitness room lacks privacy. Curtains in the bedroom did not have lining to reduce the light.

Facilities are quite old. For similar to lower prices, other hotels on my trip had better TVs, offered coffee machines with coffee in the room. Since there is no staff at reception 24/7, I could not reach staff at night when I had trouble figuring out the wifi connection.
The location is great. The staff on site was very helpful and nice. She went out of her way to let me keep my luggage after check-out while I walked around the town.

It is difficult to move inside avoiding completely stairs, although lifts are available.
Very good breakfast. The location is perfect, in the town centre. You can reach walking the main touristic destinations. We had a mice and spacious room

I arrived on a Sunday & NO ONE was there! Reception closed. Had to wait 40 mins outside till a hotel guest saw me outside with my luggage & let me in. During the week it should be fine . They should’ve emailed instructions prior so I knew what to do to get my key.
The location was the best! Right at the Marktplatz & convenient to walk everywhere. My room was comfy & very clean, newer bathroom/shower & comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

To reach our suite meant leaving the main hotel and walking a few metres in the open to a separate location. Wouldn't have been so bad but we arrived in heavy rain - can't critise the hotel for this and we were helped with our luggage for which we were grateful.

Great place to stay if you do sightseeing downtown. They have a good breakfast and room, not too luxurious, but that's ok for the price.

Breakfast was pricier than we'd have liked. I'm sure it would have been great but we ate while out walking instead of stopping in.
The location was right in the heart of Wurzburg. The hotel is fitted out to a very high standard and oozes quality in every fitting. We loved it.

Nothing really.
Close to old centre and not far from the railway. No aircon, however fan worked well. Clean and comfortable for our 2 days there. Has a small lift which was good for twi 80 year olds. Girls at reception were helpful.

Nothing. It was as expected.
A very central hotel near the Rathaus (easy to get to by tram from the station) and, as it happened a wine festival in a nearby square. We had to check in a bit late and one of the owners turned up to help us even though they'd said the reception wasn't manned so late.

I cannot mention any problem during our stay,
The hotel is located at a perfect place in the center of Würzburg, close to all places to see. The reception staff was very helpful and explained the parking facilities of the hotel in detail. The breakfast was substantial and delicious, a real Bavarian treat.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the market center and only 10 minutes from the Rhine. The room was very comfortable.
