We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pakistanlocation , value for money, staff is not communicative at all. We requested for extra room but they were all booked. Then we asked for extra mattress not provided and even never contacted back. Breakfast was worse with value of money

South AfricaI wish the hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the train station as walking 1km every time especially with a suitcase in the road was not nice.
The breakfast was super they had everything you can wish for. The hotel is so nice being so close to Frankfurt but the views out your room are over a golf resort, it was so peaceful and tranquil to stay here, you forgot you were in the big city. I cant wait to come back.
