For a four star hotel it is strange that there are no coffee & tea facilities in the room. Also, decoration in the SPA, not the best taste.

This venue was quiet and relaxing. Ideal for a recovery after stress-related periods! The SPA was superb, staff kind, and the entire stay very beautiful

Jacuzzi needs a renovation for sure. I also had a late check out which was great except that when I came back from Nordic Walking someone from housekeeping just came in the room and asked me if I was checking out, no knock, no nothing. What if I was changing? Besides housekeeping team should know the rooms that check out late.

The receptionist that checked me in was really nice and motivated. The location is what I come for mostly, this was my second time. And it’s just peaceful, that’s why I love it so much. The facilities have everything you need even if some places are a bit too old and need a renovation. Lobby and restaurant are still one of my favorite places to look at….its just so spacious and beautiful with all the windows and winter garden…amazing. Dinner was sensational and the service at dinner was great as well, very motivated staff

Wellness facilities are outdated, the cleanliness of the facilities can be improved, buffet not at a high level in terms of variety.

Thought the room was a little small but ok for overnight. Shower cubicle (1/4 circle) would not be very comfortable if you were more than medium build.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and evening meal. Parking in secure garage. Located on the edge of a town looking over countryside. We were using the hotel as a stop over but the swimming pool looked very inviting. Room and bathroom were clean and well appointed.

After booking, the hotel called to inform us that it was overbooked and offered us a single room, which we reluctantly accepted. As it was my birthday and most other places were fully booked. Surprisingly, we were still charged the full price of a double room, even though I inquired about a possible discount. Overall, this hotel lacked a personal, human touch, and some of the staff seemed robotic. When we requested the wine list during dinner, they couldn't find one, so we ended up ordering the house rose wine, which was not the best quality. The majority of guests seemed all retired. There was no music at the pool, or bar making it clear that the hotel caters more towards mature visitors and is not ideal for young couples. It was also peculiar that most people didn't greet each other.

Wellness and food. We could stay as long as we want after check out, and enjoyed the wellness area free of charge. The beds were so soft and comfortable. We both slept like babies. It was very quiet and relaxing. Definitely for couples, not for families with children/teenagers.

The first dinner of 2 was a disaster. It is an already set menu you with a couple of choices when going for the half board. Even though they should have been expecting us, they did no have a starter for us, neither the dessert. The staff was making very bad excuses as to why this is happening, like us arriving too late (I can honestly say, we did not arrive late). The wlvery first.starter is a salad bar, it was empty, I asked one of the staff if they planned to refill, he said he would check but nothing ever happened. You need to pay for the parking at the hotel as there's no option to park elsewhere. The beds were very soft and did not allow us a good rest while there.

It was a very relaxing location. As soon as you arrived at the hotel, you disconnected. The food, when it all worked, was very good. Nice breakfast and accomodating staff in general.

The biggest deficit was the restaurant food. The description of the dishes on the menu were not exactly the same as what we were served. This was really too bad because, this can make or break your overall impression , which was in many ways very good.

Tanneck is a really beautiful Hotel. It was so clean and the rooms were comfortable. It was within walking distance of the village but there was also a bus stop just in front if you chose to ride into town. We had several cosmetic treatments that were excellent, some of the best!

We were looking forward to this stay, but unfortunately, we quickly noticed that the cleanliness was unacceptable. There were clearly visible cobwebs in the room, and one of the duvets was stained – not what you’d expect from a hotel in this price category. The underground parking was also disappointing: for €10 per day, you get a space where swallows are nesting – which meant that after six days, our car was completely covered in bird droppings. Particularly frustrating was the fact that, according to a notice, a car cleaning service is supposedly offered. However, when we asked about it, it was denied, and we were met with puzzled looks. Dinner was similarly underwhelming. We were told the head chef was not present that evening, which led to issues with the preparation of our salad and a very long wait time. When we brought up these issues politely during checkout, we were told by the trainee on duty that he wasn’t in a position to respond to our concerns but would forward them – especially regarding the car and the problems with the room and meals. He asked us to speak to someone else the following day. Unfortunately, that conversation also led nowhere – our concerns were not addressed at all. Conclusion: The staff is friendly and makes an effort, but there are serious problems with cleanliness, organization, and communication. For a hotel in this category, we expected far more in terms of quality, reliability, and guest service.

Service for diner was unusual slow. Not all that was "promised" appeared on my Gala dinner on New Years eve. Unfortunately, after one complaint; the director "avoided" our table, whereas he asked everzone else... ;-(

Away from all of good services, there is one thing I can't get into.. The SPA area has a separated pools and sauna. As long as you want to use the sauna area is important to get rid of everyday unless a towel is acceptable. Well, its a female AND men's saunas field and you have to accept to see all sort of bottoms and not only😱, and get out of your confort zone as well. Are you ready? Maybe one day😝✌️
