Room was dark and dated. Being in the restaurant district it was quite noisy until after 11pm. The noise of the Church bells started at 6am and continued for 6 minutes so no chance to sleep in

Early Check-in and Late Check-out. Perfect central location. Good Breakfast included in the room rate.

Right in the city center above a cafe like in olden days! Most unique Romantic Road town in Germany. Very accommodating. Nice! Great salad option until 9pm. Entire town closes at 9pm, but they let us stay to eat upon late arrival. Genuine folk. Helpful. Tiny but comfortable room. Good hot water, tiny shower. Bells ring every morning, irregular times from 6am, just next to windows. Plan to get up early for lovely breakfast buffet included. Very fresh! Staff top notch and friendly! Loved the tiny town within walls! Walking it was a highlight for photographer. Not much to see except extraordinary buildings of a bygone era. AMAZING, AT LEAST HAVE LUNCH HERE!

Very nice old traditional Pension/Hotel in the heart of Dinkelsbuhl. I've stayed in the village several times over the past 30 years, and it the best location to pause on an extended Romantische Strasse tour. Everything about this part of the world is exemplified with a stay here. The staff took good care of us, and made room for our 4 motorbikes.

The room was okay but a bit dated. the light above the washbasin didn’t work, nor the hair drier.

the food was excellent, as were the staff. perfect location in the centre of town and space for bicycles in rear yard. the bed was really comfortable.

Nothing really, as already mentioned it is very good value for money.

We used the hotel as a stopover with two motorcycles, which can be parked in the side alley which is very handy. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and is very good value for money for Dinkelsbuhl. We had food in the evening which was very nice too. The building is old and full of charm, just as I like it, I would not hesitate to return.

There was nobody at reception when I arrived. There was a nite on the door that said to call. I'm from canada, and I was unable to call the number. It's a good thing for the German citizen who walked up 20 minutes after my arrival, who was also staying there. There could've been some kind of warning or info given when I booked, but they said absolutely nothing. On top of that, the room smelled bad, was moldy, and I was rushed out of my room after they changed my check-out time last minute. When I was worried about the tap water after noticing the black mold, I sent them an email to ask if the water was drinkable seen as there were no employees around until two days later. To my displeasure, they answered me nearly 72h later, saying that they are fully booked and that they are sorry. Clearly, they do not care about their customers or their customer service. I highly recommend you avoid this place unless you want to be completely let down and if you want to get sick, of course. Dinkelsbühl is a beautiful town, I have nothing against the location, but I will never go back to this place, and again, I highly recommend anybody stay away from this place. There are about 10 other hotels (that I know of) in a 2km radius, so chose wisely.

Historic building located in the heart of the beautiful old town. Very warm welcome even when I arrived very late at 23:00 from a bike ride Amazing breakfast.

The main issue were to get in, hotel was closed, no reception, no messages from the personnel, we drive 8 hours and had to search for phone number to call someone to let us in (no whatsup or other Messenger). The bed was very uncomfortable. May be it was out of season problem, but definetly never again for us.

Bed was a little creaky and pillows were not firm enough. But it's a 400 year old hotel, so can't complain. This hotel might be somewhat understaffed, but I do get that it's hard to get help during the summer / holiday period.

The lady at the reception was the friendliest person ever and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but nice. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. Location is great, right in the middle of the heart of this historical town.

With many down town accommodations there was no parking, Nothing the apartment could change.

The location was right in town, the room was very clean, the owner was very nice. We traveled with a friend and she was right next door to our room. Breakfast was the traditional German breakfast and quite fresh.
