The wi-fi was really bad. I booked the hotel room because there was a kitchenette on the pictures, so I thought I'd be able to cook. However, I did not read the policy carefully and didn't realize until a couple of days later that guests have to pay extra to use it in their own room. There was only an old fridge, an old stove and a teakettle, no cutlery, except for a teaspoon, a strange plate, a beer glass and a mini mug. So either you have to buy the basics to have a warm drink or you could enjoy mini shots of tea or coffee. Finally, there were some other minor issues: cold water stopped running on the kitchenette sink after a few seconds (but you could use the one in the bathroom), the shower head hanger was broken, so it wouldn't keep in place, and there was no light on my side of the hall.

The location was great, very convenient to get around Frankfurt, there were buses and trams right on the corner of the street, and there was a supermarket next to the hotel. The room was bright and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Also, the staff was friendly.

It was a humble hotel, but it had a lot of the facilities of a BnB (kettle, kitchen sink etc) and it was great value for money. Although it's close to a railway, the windows efficienctly block the sound.

The building/hotel is not necessarily new. But it has been well kept up. So actually not really a problem.

The location was very good. Close to the riverfront and top museums. There is a supermarket right next door. Very good value for money. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Very clean, comfortable budget hotel within easy walking distance of Frankfurt-Sud Bahnhof and 200m from the X61 bus stop to the airport. Friendly welcome by receptionist who switched to English on seeing our passports. We had a kitchen with a sink, microwave, fridge, electric kettle and 2 hot plates. You need to ask at reception for kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, pots etc). Mugs and glasses in room. Lidl supermarket next door. Bed very comfortable. Could not hear trains when windows shut. Hotel is down driveway so use street numbers to find it or look for Lidl. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was good and comfortable. They provide a kitchen for you. It is close to the grocery store and its location is excellent for all tourist places. It was close to the train station and the noise was a bit annoying and you could hear people talking outside. It would be nice to focus on room service.
