i would have prefered a fast charging place. the storage for clothes in the swim pool only work with coin

The quality to price ratio was good, the cleanness was good. Price, location and staff. also included was charging station that was important to me. the swim pool was clean but not suitable for kids, the depth was 1.6m. I forgot my charger there and they were supportive and responsive.

The ladies at the bar have no idea about their job, after ordering drinks, they were confused while preparing the orders, and the quality of the drinks was terrible :/ In my opinion, the hotel is too big and it takes too much time to move around. If you don't have a car, getting around the city is very difficult. Also there were too few vegan options for breakfast.

Check in was not entirely smooth (they already checked us in, but to the wrong couple). My request for a different type of pillow, which had been approved, was not fulfilled. Not a big deal, but a quick apology for / acknowledgement of the inconvenience would have been professional and appreciated.

The pool was larger than we expected, and there was a small but functional weight room( although sadly, the sauna was not turned on) The breakfast was great - tons of seating space, as well as clean and well attended. A great variety of choice, and all delicious - the scrambled eggs were hot and even tasted like real food! Our room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Friendly dining room staff.

From 4 occasion twice, the sauna wasn't working, despite one of these times, I asked on the previous night, that it to be heated up next morning. I could have eaten some cakes, but only mousse was available for dinner.

The quiet nights, the pool, the sauna, the food, the garden, the building, the forest view, the fruit basket in the reception.

We arrived on Sunday and we found out at the hotel that the restaurant wouldn't be open that evening.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Fittness, sauna and swimmingpool excellent. Breakfastbuffet offered plenty of choice, although the pancakes were a bit dry. All guests were offered a free icecream every day. The whole hotel was very well cleaned.

E-Bike Rental which i took to the Path in the woods behind Hotel. I really enjoyed cycling in the area around the hotel. i liked the the nice inside courtyard in the hotel to relax

There was no possibility of coffee or tea in the room or the lobby. The door to the bathroom was frosted glass and offered little privacy.

No air conditioning: during the summer with the window open, it's hard to sleep when people are sitting outside the hotel restaurant/bar, till midnight. No elevator.

The only downside is that it’s pretty far from the airport and the taxi ride was 40 euro each way. I asked the lady at reception what the best way to get to the airport was and she said she didn’t know - so maybe they don’t get a lot of ppl transiting through.

Nice facilities near a beautiful wooded area, and a really good breakfast included in the price.
