I’ve stayed here several times, but this was my first extended (more than a week) stay. They met all my expectations, as usual. Clean, quiet, not too hot in these summer months, comfortable, pet friendly, good dining, and hospitable hosts.

Church bells but that's not hotel's fault.

Clean and large room. Very good bathroom. I must meantion the food in the hotel's reastaurant. There must be a super talented cook. The meal was so delicious and portions beautiful. Thanks to him! The service in the restaurant was also very good and friendly.

I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, pet friendly, and excellent restaurant; both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. I’ve also always found parking around the platz, so that’s convenient. There are also other restaurants and a grocery store right there.

There was no on-site parking at the property. However, as long as you had a parking timer/meter you could park anywhere on the street. I also wished the hotel room had a microwave in addition to the refrigerator. Finally, I would have liked to have blackout curtains on the windows of the room. At night the streetlights would flood in and sometimes keep me up, but only happened once or twice during my stay.

Overall I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Gasthof Zur Post. The hotel was in the middle of the town center, very easy to find. WiFi worked very well throughout the duration of my stay. The room itself was very clean and well taken care of. The bed was comfortable as well. The restaurant that was downstairs of the hotel was awesome! The food was great and the staff were very friendly, I went two times during my stay. When I arrived late they helped me get checked in and settled with no problems. Additionally, when I had to check out early the next day the staff was very helpful with getting my receipt early and worked with me.

Bedding was very comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with eggs to order. Walking distance to market and joyous church bells to awaken you.

Nothing I LOVED this hotel.

The staff and the food were both phenomenal!! I would definitely plan a stay here again. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend the stay for families.

Our room was a little too warm during the night, but that comes with hot summer nights - so not a big problem!

Nice guesthouse with a very friendly atmosphere! The restaurant had great food to a very reasonable price and also the breakfast was super. Very friendly and helpful staff and easy to find a parking space right outside the hotel.

Although the rooms were well setup and had a cooling fan, the bathroom/foyer area was very warm and the exhaust fan was very loud.

The property was easy to locate. Street parking was available. Breakfast and Dinner was tasty. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The refrigerator wasn't clean and something was growing in it & once I opened it the smell cause me to regurgitate violently.

It can be a little tricky with parking, there is a public parking lot in the square right in front of the hotel but it was full when we arrived. We parked on the street (quite narrow street) and moved our car when there was parking available later in evening. Hotel has info about the rules for parking (see picture).

Stayed for one night on our way to Austria, the town is easy to access from main highways and very picturesque. Large clean room and good bathroom. We ate a very tasty dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Excellent breakfast.
