Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. EstoniaThe early check-in which must be completed by 19:00. The room was clean, however the furniture and equipment is very dated. However, for one night it served its purpose. Considering the price of other properties in Rothenburg, it was ok.
Well located just outside the old walls of Rothenburg. Leaving the car in the parking until afternoon was nice. The breakfast was very good and nothing was lacking. Anything that was missing was immediately replenished.

Czech RepublicThe fabric upholstery will probably need to be replaced at some point, but that will certainly increase the price of accommodation. So, as far as we are concerned, no objections.
A somewhat quaint but pleasant inn in a beautiful town. Although not located directly in the historic center, it is very close to the city walls, and within a 5-minute walk you are in the middle of the historic district. It is also very close to the train station, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The furnishings are a bit worn, but the owner sends each guest to see the room first to decide if they don't mind. That's fair play. We didn't mind, the room was otherwise comfortable, clean, including the bathroom, and the night was peaceful. The breakfast was varied and hearty. Considering the very low price of accommodation, this place offers excellent value for money. After check-out, it was no problem to store our luggage until departure. We definitely recommend it to travelers with modest demands. The landlord is a bit eccentric, but nice and seems like a very interesting guy.

Friendly, chatty, helpful manager (owner?). Encourages guests to view room before confirming stay. Although room was small and dated, it was perfectly adequate and excellent value for money. Good location just outside old town wall. Manager made me aware there are no lockers at train station anymore, so encouraged me to leave my bag at the hotel on departure day, although reception would not be open when I needed to get back in, so he told me to keep the key until I came back for my bag. Came back for my bag and they'd put my adapter and charging lead with it, which they found when they cleaned my room. Excellent!

RomaniaThe furniture is old, as you can see in the pictures, but that’s fine given the good price and the great location. What was realy hard to stand was the awful smell in the room, I guess it was from the carpet and sofa and the curtains (the curtains were visibly dirty). I read other reviews before booking stating there was a certain smell, but didn’t expect it to be this bad.
The location is great, it’s 2 min away from the old city center, the owner was nice when we arrived. The bed linen and the bathroom equipment (sink, toilet, bathtub) were clean.

Breakfast was good, with lots of options. The manager allowed us to leave our bags for the day even after we checked out, this was really useful. When I lost my jumper one of the staff very helpfully found it for me. The beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed using the bath.
