Comfy and close to the highway but not noisy.

Ongoing claim --> We had no bed sheets and no towel for our child ! Our child at to sleep on the couch without anything. We booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child. When we arrived late in the evening we found the room was prepared only for 2 guests and the reception was closed so we could'nt get help. In the morning we notify the lady at the reception about this problem. She looked embarassed but did not appologize and only offered 6 euros discount. We refused and ask to get in touche with a manager which she declined, pretending nobody was available, event when we insisted. Since then we have raised a claim via booking assistance and through the online message center. More than week after we still have no answer...

A very nice and quiet place for a night during our journey to Netherlands

A good and simple hotel. Nice staff and always very clean. Only a minute from the freeway and the price is very reasonable. The restaurant makes a good omelette.

No more comments for here (Germany), but tonight we have a terriblde expedrience in the so-called Palm Beach Loft Hotel in Bissone, CH. Booking No. 4723421436. Comments follow: It took us an hour to find the place, as even people living next door had no idea whhere to direct us. Then another hour was neded to fgure out what the message about key and the room meant, only to find an apartment devoid of soap. toilet paper, with too few towels for six people, bedding hidden in cupboards and NO HUMAN CONTACT for solving these problems. The phone number for contact does not work, and nobody else in the building knows anything about the property. IT IS A DISASTER that I regret having booked through you! I will think twice about using your services again, if ever.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is super clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. Very good connection to the highway.

I had a perfect stay (1 night) here. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptional – large, supportive, and super comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. The shower was another highlight, with a powerful stream of hot water. The location is very quiet and peaceful, yet just a couple of minutes from the main highway, making it super convenient. There is free parking. I was travelling with my dog, who was welcomed. There’s plenty of green space right next to the hotel, perfect for walks. Excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay again!

Kind staff. Good location, close to the highway but we could not hear the noise, it was silent. Room was nice warm while outside was freezing during the night.

The king size bed was very bumpy. It seemed to be very old.

It was amazing hotel. It was so clean and nice. We just stayed one night and arrived around 9 pm despite very short time we enjoyed it here. Definitely recommend this hotel

Bathroom ventilator worked very extensively maybe extra 10-15 minutes after lights were off and I had to start sleeping with earplugs then fan stopped working.

The room was very clean, nice showers and bed. We had a very good sleep.
