How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very clean, lovely room with lovely bathroom. Good food available in the evening after a long day travelling. Own by a lovely family, whom made us feel very welcome. Excellent value for money and like the fact that it can be cancelled up to 6.00pm on the day of arrival, when travelling this may be useful. Our second visit and will return.

Excellent breakfast and service, comfortable rooms, lovely terrace, private parking and a children's playground. The pension is located in an idyllic village, very quiet and green. Dinner was delicious and affordable.

The heating system didnt function properly and it was rather cold.
Excellent value for money country inn. Not far from the highway. Great parking just in front. Nice friendly people at the reception. Quiet.

Hotel just off the autobahn in a small quite village.. The car park is very big both at the back and front of hotel.. Check in was easy as the Manager spoke English .. the room was lovely with a big bathroom.. The food was good and reasonably priced.. The staff were excellent.. a really nice place to stay.. would stay again and recommend.

As always, a kettle in the room would have been a bonus.
Both bed- and shower-rooms were large, providing excellent comfort and facilities. The view over the rear car park was not the best but for one night it was fine. Wonderful Manager and Manageress who were very welcoming and were happy to converse, providing lovely food (evening meal at a fair price). We didn't get to see much of the town as this was a one-night stopover but the area looks very quiet and has lovely scenery.

There is nothing I didn't like. The room was super modern. The breakfast area was last renovated in 1993. The place is getting renovated step by step.
Restaurant with garden has very good food with ingredients from the farms in the region. Breakfast has homemade marmalade and jams. It also has local honey. They also offer egg, omelet and scrambled eggs. Great place for walks in the nearby fields and forest. One can reach in 30 minutes walk the castle of Haldenwang. 10 minutes away by car from Legoland.

Great location, very easy to find with ample free car parking. The staff are excellent and speak very good English. The rooms are large, very comfortable, very quiet and well appointed. The food in the restaurant is excellent and very well priced - we recommend any of the potato dishes that are their speciality. Breakfast was also very good with lots of homemade preserves.

Nothing to dislike.
Easy to find, just off the A8.. Newly beautiful refurbished rooms. Traditional gasthof, friendly family owned, serving good food. Ideal stoppover when travelling .Will definately be staying there again. Great as we were travelling that they would accept cancellation at a late stage, if we had a problem with traffic.

All was good.
My fourth visit to this guest house , always a warm welcome. Breakfast was ample , supper was good .Room was spotless and large . Good parking and a safe environment . In all a credit to the owners.

There was no air-conditioning in the room, but it was very quiet all night and cooled off quick with the windows open.
The room and bathroom was spotless and I liked the down duvet and pillow. The eggs were made to order at breakfast and very good with friendly staff.

Charming guesthouse in a small village. Really good homemade food - potato pancakes and wind beutel cake, filled with lemon ice-cream, are to die for. Very friendly staff and nice service. Beds are convenient, parking lot big, surroundings nice and building very cool even in 30 degrees heat. Breakfast is very good, such a tasty bread, toppings and eggs or omlette will be done if guests desire. We enjoyed our stay, loved food and strongly recommend to visit this nice place!

Breakfast ample and had a wide choice , fried eggs were very tasty. Room was exceptionally clean , shower was great. Evening meal was substantial , beer was very good indeed. Staff as always were polite and helpful. In all exceptional value for money.
