Steep stairs to second floor

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for parking. the staff was friendly.

It is a bit of an uphill walk to the city center. A nearby bus should be considered.

Handy location for Netto self catering shop, good parking.

I did not know how to gain entry, lucky the chef was there in the restaurant. I think they sent me instructions but in German so I had no idea I would need to access a lock box using last 4 digits from booking ref. So send out emails in home language of guest. I was expecting someone on reception. I don’t translate every message I get from booking.com hotels.

I liked the location and the room. Very clean and comfortable.

There is no connection between staff and services. Did not know until the last fatty that breakfast was included. Greek restaurant did not seem to be a part of the hotel, but apparently it was.

The SPA tax (Kur tax) is supposed to be included in the price mentioned on Booking, however, the hotel staff added it extra on the bill. I didnt pay the added tax, but they also didnt subtract them.

This hotel is well located. The hotel is close to the station and supermarket. And it is also good for hiking in the forest. Check-in time is relaxed.

This hotel is old and has no elevator.

Ideally suited, right at the train, and bus station. Nice restaurant within the building. Automated checkin. Grocery shops nearby.

Would be good to be prepared for the automated checkin, which is based on the order number from booking.com. Luckily, I had it available, but what would happen without?

The room was big enough.

The floor carpet is worn out and should be changed. The bed was too hard. The hotel sent me a wrong code and this caused some problem with getting the key.

They didn’t communicate how to access the property on arrival - and it was un manned.

Price, comfortable

Location, thought it was city centre but a long uphill walk slightly put us off

The room looked exactly as advertised, perhaps even better. I had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was good but basic, the location was OK.

One problem was,when we got there(at the arranged time) no one was there and the place was locked up.we had to ring the hotel , and he told us there is a key in a key safe, and he told us the number to get in to it it all worked out well ,but we should of been informed of this before going to the hotel as we had trouble getting through on the phone.
