Street is noisy (cobblestones) and bakery next door opens Sunday mornings with resulting traffic, also Church nearby excels in bell ringing at ungodly hours, though that is hardly the hotels fault. Car parking charge is extra (8 EUR) and parking in the Hotel court yard is tricky for larger cars.

Room was ok (in the Annex). Nice beer garden with food across the road that is also part of the Hotel, to be recommended for drinks or dinner or both.

There was a refrigerator in the room and electric cooking plate, but unfortunately the fridge did not work.

Possibilities if big family room for 5 persons. Kind staff, clean room and surroundings.. Free parking on the street.

The wifi is a pain. It takes several minutes before it connects properly, and isn't that fast. I did manage to have an online meeting, but YouTube buffers quite often.

The food in the restaurant is good. It's not a huge menu but the ingredients are all local and the quality is high.

It was +35 outside and about the same in the room. There is no air conditioning, so we had to open the window. There is also no mosquito net and in the morning, of course, we were bitten by mosquitoes. And since the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, it's a little noisy before the restaurants close.

Breakfast is delicious, with Bavarian sausages. Everything you should normally have for breakfast. The fruit salad was stale. I like it better when you make your own coffee. The location is great, in the historic city center.

Nothing - it was truly amazing how little you noticed that you were in the middle of a major flooding event.

Everything went very well, even though the area had just been hit by major flooding, but you wouldn't have guessed it from the smooth running of the hotel and restaurant! The breakfast at Gasthof Diem is extremely good and even includes the option to have Weisswurst mit Brezn ... and if you can, you should also have lunch or dinner there. If the weather cooperates, you can sit in the Biergarten across the street ... And don't forget to check out the offerings in the store next door and if you can, take some home to enjoy ...

In German I asked the lady in the restaurant part of the complex where the check-in desk was. She wouldn't answer and turned her back on me. Luckily a really nice young girl was helping her & she told me it was next door. I thanked her & went to the other door. When checking in I told the man that the first lady wasn't very helpful. He laid into me about that. Said that in Germany they don't complain about someone and to do that in my own country. WOW. It was really unbelievable since the restaurant & hotel are next to each other. This was a first.

The cheerful boss is let down by some of his grumpy staff! Maybe lost in translation? "Wo, Wo!!?" The room had no Air conditioning which meant the room was very warm, leading to unpleasant nights sleep. The shower was of the type I used when I was a child. Connected to the taps so you had to sit in the bath to shower.

Check in met with very friendly cheerful gentleman, whom we presume was owner/manager. Our car park space was reserved with our name on it, which was a nice touch. We were in a room in a separate building from the main hotel which was fine. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had ample selection and was very good.

The location is not far from Legoland that we came to visit. There is a parking on the property. Breakfast is very nice!

We had one of the few rooms which are in the basement. Room was clean and tidy however it smelt mouldy. Slight disappointment however we were just staying the night for a stopover. Kids loved the double bunk bed. I must say that considering the rest of the venue this comment is room specific and not representative for rooms on over floors. Restaurant, bar and breakfast are great! Would stay again only in a different room.

Room was directly on the street and rather loud although its not a Main road, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open by 30 degrees

No airconditioning in the rooms

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a convenient location on our travel back home. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Typical biergarten that serves good food. Great breakfast buffet.
