The rooms were old and the couch was stained, there were no anemities in the shower, you could hear everything as the walls were paper thin. We also had the desadvantage to have road works right in front of our window. The breakfast was poor. We ate at their restaurant and the food was VERY expensive , it took around 45 min to make and it was eighter burned, dry or veryy salty. We paid for 3 snitzels+fries and salat, 2 beers and 2 waters 67 euros.

The bathrooms were big and everything was clean, the beds were comfortable.The staff was very nice.

The fact that it is an old wooden building...you can hear the floors creak when walking around the room. At the same time, the carpentry on the outside does not insulate the sound very well... so the traffic, which is really not very intense. It can be annoying..... As a recommendation: a richer breakfast would do!

Everything was fine and in line with the price we paid.

We stayed here two nights on our way back from Italy to NL and visited Legoland park with the kids. The room was spacious and clean. Friendly owners/staff. Very nice breakfast which was included in our price. The restaurant was closed due to circumstances but there’s several nice restaurants down town at a 5 minute walk.

My husband wanted to fetch something from the car but we found that the front door was locked once the staff left. There should be an outside door key provided for such eventualities and safety in general.

The guesthouse is close to the motorway but far enough not to have any interference from it. There is a restaurant downstairs with a small but tasty menu. There is a lovely antique wood burning stove which made us all cosy. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable (bear in mind this is a traditional guesthouse, not a modern corporate hotel). The breakfast and parking were included. I refuse to stay in places where guests are charged for parking. For breakfast we were offered tea/coffee, an egg each and a selection of cheeses, cold meets, butter and jam + bread rolls. The owner offered to refill the items we consumed but we refused as were full. Would definitely go back.

Remember this is a gastof not a hotel. The room was large and comfortable and the shower room was very good. Breakfast was simple but the host was very attentive to our needs and offered more options if we wanted. We were lucky enough to enjoy dinner in the garden.

The owner Peter gave us a wonderful friendly welcome as usual. This is our 14th visit in 18 years, and we love staying here. Our room was large, quiet, and very clean. The breakfast and dinner are excellent.

They let out a room under renovation with life-threatening bare electrical cables. The room was unheated and the breath was visible inside the room when I arrived. By the time the heating was activated and the temperature raised to 18 degrees, it was already morning. Total scam of the guest by selling an unsuitable and life-threatening room, which is unsuitable for accommodation.

Fantastic stay, the breakfast was delicious! Room was very clean. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We had the chance and luck of dining at the hotel, and what a pleasant experience! The dishes were fantastic, prepared with skill, and abundant. My compliments to the cook! I heartily recommend Gasthof Adler and will surely be back in the future.

The hosts are so kind and helpful! We arrived later than we had announced and were received warmly. The restaurant was closed, but the host recommended us a great alternative. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent, with even a warm egg and a fire in the hearth. We will definitely be back!
