Rooms were very hot, even with the fan (no airco). Beds very firm.

Takes some time to get there if you want to use public transportation and if you don't want to wait, an Uber or Taxi from the airport is rhe only option but it is expensive.

Steep stairs to the room upstairs, which was difficult with a larger suitcase, though the proprietor carried mine.

The food was wonderful. We ate dinner at the Biergarten , great local cuisine, beer and wine. The included breakfast was sumptuous and beautifully presented.

Rooms are basically part of an apartment upstairs, but people shouldn't expect five star amenities if choose an authentic accomodation like this.

Good opportunity to stay in a 200 year old fachwerk building with an authentic bar and restaurant at the ground floor. Food and beverage was typical tasteful German.

Restaurant was closed on Monday night, but if I had looked I would of known that beforehand. Pizza and kebab shop right across the road and also a pub serving food a short walk away so it was not a big problem.

Perfect for a couple of nights. Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The staff was welcoming. They asked us when we wanted breakfast. We said 7am because we were having a busy day the next day. To our surprise, the table was already set up at 7am. Everything was warm, freshly made. There was so much food that we couldn't eat everything.

Stayed for four nights for work, had dinner at the hotel restaurant every night which was traditional, well prepared and rapidly served. Very reasonably priced too. The breakfast was just right, and the rooms were well appointed, considering you are only 10 minutes drive from Central Frankfurt it's a bargain.

there is the noise from the cars & public transport that people are saying about, however it didnt bother us at all.

Absolutely great stay! Bedrooms are spacious and spotless, beds are comfortable, towels are sparkling white. beautiful large terrace and tasty food and pleasant staff! generous breakfast. large parking onside. fan in the room made our stay so much more comfortable with +30 degrees outside.

The location was everything we needed for our last night in Germany. Although the Gasthaus restaurant was closed for the night, the owner gave us an amazing recommendation for another one that was incredible. The food was delicious!. The breakfast prepared the next morning before check out was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

You do hear road noise from cars at this hotel if you have a front room near the street. This hotel is located on the main road of the town. There are back rooms to rent, which would have less noise .

Perfect overnight stop near frankfurt Airport. Great food, nice hospitality, great value. Town offers a huge park and lots of walking trails . Free parking is a huge plus, and pets are only 5 extra euros. Really great value , convenience, and service.

I can't fault this place. For the price, it was excellent. We needed a quick overnight stop as we were driving from London to Vienna, carrying a cat. It was easy to find from the motorway network. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was very nice, both dinner and breakfast, the bedrooms were basic but they had comfortable beds and hot water in the showers. Exactly what we needed.
