Excellent location, staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped out with some suggestions on how to best spend time on location. Breakfast was good. The city centre is reachable by foot.

Unfortunately, pillows were just horrible, if we come again, we would probably take our own. Like I can not stress enough how bad they were. If the pillows are exchanged for a better once - this hotel would be an absolute 10/10

Breakfast and location were absolutely amazing, free parking, very nice stuff, smart tv, outdoor area - everything was there for a comfortable stay. We loved it.

The path near the house was covered with snow so it was really hard to pull the suitcase or luggage

The bathroom was on the small size and the shower had a very large step up to get in. Not ideal if you have bad knees! On the whole though not really much to complain about.

Lovely location. Great staff. Very nice large room. Loved the free access to beer, always well stocked and very trusting with the recording of numbers of bottles consumed. Great breakfast, buffet bar always well stocked and loved the Bircher.

Everything was clean and nice , hotel staff welcomed us friendly, and we loved to see small gelly candies on the pillowers when we entered the room. Hotel seams to be renovated ,even smells like fresh wood in the room. Owners seem to love this place and care a lot about all details for the comfort of their guests and the beauty of the place.

The size of the pillow is very odd (VERY large), but later we realized that it was the same in subsequent accommodations, probably some German weird custom :)

The room was of sufficient size, with a balcony, overlooking the beautiful nature. The big advantage of the guesthouse was that it was 200m away from the hustle and bustle of the city center on a pasture, which made you feel like you were in the countryside, it was really quiet and peaceful there, while it was only a few minutes walk to restaurants and the lake. Private parking right next to the house. The guesthouse had such a nice self-service: take beer, wine or coffee, write it in the notebook and pay when checking out. Breakfast was varied and tasty, only lactose-free milk was missing. The public spaces are very cute and authentic in the style of an alpine hut. Definitely recommended!

Only bummer was one night a group stayed out on the patio under our window drinking, talking, and playing music until 1:30am even though the quiet hours start at 10pm. Otherwise this location is super quiet.

Amazing breakfast spread, very comfortable room and bed, great location - walk to lift, ferry, hiking trails, restaurants.

breakfast is super and, the location is quite convenience to beginn the sightseeing in Konigsee, which is only 10 minutes away from the ship harbor. The stuff there are enthusiastic and helpful in giving advices about choice of restaurant around. we would recommend this Hotel and definitely come back again.

We were on public transport - and there’s only one bus into or out of Konigsee per hour, but only until 7pm. This did restrict us a little.

Traditional German chalet style, with a lovely view up the Jennerbaum. Plentiful continental breakfast.

Nothing not to like.

This is the nicest guest house we have ever stayed in. Located easy walk out of town which is a huge plus. Set in a park like setting looking at the mountains, beautiful. Nice breakfast included which can be taken outside, which should be done in nice weather. This guest house has normal rooms but the outside areas are outstanding including free parking. Drinks are available on the honor system to be paid for in the morning at reception. I have never been so comfortable.

We booked the room in February and travelled in July. When we booked it, it was marked as free cancellation in Booking.com but still the owners asked us within 5 days to pay half of the total amount. Not appreciated...

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location just minutes walk from Konigssee. The facilities were excellent, breakfast was nice and people were friendly. Also having a parking spot on site helped!

The WiFi is not stable in the evening (after people come back the room)

The staff is very hospitality and friendly. The location is wonderful (just nearby Königssee) but the price is really good ! The room is comfortable enough and very clean. By the way, the sockets are much enough to charge the device. The breakfast is also good, especially it is included.

Simply perfect! Amazing location- close to all attractions; absolutely amazing, courteous and friendly staff; spotless clean, comfortable rooms and common areas; delicious breakfast-great choice of diverse food, coffee options and juice. Fresh bread; variety of cheese; yogurt, cereals etc etc. Many thanks to Katherine who was so helpful with advises for activities and willing to help. The family managing the guest house is doing enormously great job and no doubt are superb in what they do. WE shall return in the winter time. Thank YOU!
