Location.

A large flat with several rooms. 3x toilettes, 2x showers. Booked 3x bed room, one bed was a non-comfortable couch-bed. Considering all that an inadequate value for money.

Beautiful location. I could hear the little stream outside the window during the night. It was in the old historic part of town which was lovely and had a lively small restaurant in the town center.

I didn’t understand when I booked it that it was more like a hostel, which turned out to be just fine and fun to be in a more communal setting so it wasn’t a problem, but maybe more clarification of that aspect in the description of the property would be great. I might have missed it though and so that could be my fault.

Nice room with extra accommodation. I absolutely recommend this place.

Good location in the middle of Immenstadt.

Don't be fooled, like I was, into thinking this is a regular Gästhaus it is actually several unattended rooms with a communial kitchen area on the 2nd floor above a shoe shop! Our double room was tiny and very basic with only one bedside cabinet and light, there was a wash basin and mirror but without a shaving/makeup light. It opened directly on to the communial kitchen/sitting area which we had to traverse to use the WC and shower. Cold drinks and capsules for the coffee machine could be purchased in the kitchen/sitting area but there was no milk or sugar for the coffee. The room price did not include breakfast and indeed none was available. There was nowhere on the premises to park bicycles or charge e-bikes. Contact with the management was by telephone and proved to be not friendly.

We didn't realize the showers and toilet are shared, luckily we just came for one night and left the next morning. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay for a family. The rooms are also very small.

Perfect location, just next to a square where you can find all sorts of restaurants. The China Restaurant is highly recommended

The rooms were clean and comfortable for a budget stay. The common kitchen was excellent with stove, coffee machine and a refrigerator. The shower and toilet were clean as well.

No milk was present in the kitchen for coffee.

Very clean and nice kitchen. The host ist super nice and helpful. I would definitely visit again.

Unfortunately not much space for bikes, but it's in the middle of the old town city center so the space is obviously limited.

Best place to stay near Oberstdorf. Worth every penny !

Good infrastructure, well equipped shared kitchen and well designed and maintained shared toilets!

The shared kitchen is too close to the rooms.

Everything is well organised, shared bathrooms very clean, central location, easy check-in.

The mattress could be more comfortable, but after a long day we had a good sleep anyway :).
