Nice and very clean rooms. Very good location if you want to be on that side of town, but also not far if you wanna go to the center.

Room wise, the pillows were uncomfortable in my opinion. So light that you felt you were just sleeping on the bed without a pillow, which was surprising because the bed itself was very comfortable. Also, I had planned my day accordingly so I could leave my luggage in the hotel (a basic amenity in most places I have traveled to) and pick it up around 6 pm, when I booked my return train. Being next to the station, this was very convenient for my planning, so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Apparently 6 pm was too late, which leaves either the option of paying for a locker in the station, or having to stay near the city center so I can pick it up at an earlier time. Obviously no hotel is obliged to do this, but as long as you ask for a reasonable time (which to me at least, 6 was reasonable), this is something I have come to expect from most places I have stayed in, so it left me with a "bitter aftertaste" of my stay.

The hotel is old and could use updating. We typically like hotel breakfasts, but the breakfast buffet here was significantly over priced compared to 20+ hotels we've stayed in since April. There was no kettle in the room so we had to buy one to have coffee/tea in our room.

Location is super, just a few metres away from the Koln Messe Deutz Train Station and just opposite the Deutzer Freiheit Tram Stop. Also across the road to get to the River Front Boulevard Kennedy Ufer with fantastic views of the famous Bridge and the Cologne Dom. Real good breakfast available and comfy rooms with Air conditioning. It looks like a family run hotel with all the comfort one can need. I stayed in other big brand hotels many times before when I visited Cologne especially for concerts at Lanxness Arena and festivals in Tanzbrunnen and now I really wished I knew of this hotel before as it's very convenient.

Nothing all was perfect. No luxuries but I had what we needed.

I stayed only 1 night and I think is is quite OK for a short stay. The room was little bit old and not so beautiful or convenient, but still quite OK. The hotel is not far from the Deutz Messe train station and the tramway lines, which was my main criteria. A bunch of OK restaurants not far, especially the cuban restaurant I would recommend.

It was very cosy and felt very homely. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt very safe and happy here and the beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay in such an authentic hotel and will definitely be back!

Due to the bundling being quite old the lift was very small so we struggled to fit two people and our bags into the lift but we could have gone separately so it wasn’t a big issue.

Location is good, for KÖLN Messe Near to station. Restaurants and market nearby Staff was friendly and allowed a couple of hours of late check-out

Room was very small for the price Shower area is tiny and uncomfortable. Also risk lf a fall due to it having two levels in the shower area Breakfast pretty expensive @ 18 euro

The hotel is immaculate. Nice room. Very good location within walking distance to the cathedral. Great hotel staff.

Parking is tight in the garage and can only accommodate 5 or 6 cars.
