We’ve arrived quite late but check-in directions via phone were accurate. Rooms were simply equiped but with everything you need. Everything was clean, very comfortable beds in our opinion. Tasty breakfast with sufficient choice and friendly personnel.

I stayed here in the off season (January), town & hotel was very quiet. Staff very friendly & helpful (got me a kettle for room) & also at breakfast. Room was huge, spotless, comfortable, well equipped & quiet, breakfast was tasty, filling with hot & cold options. Hotel couldn't have been more central, 5 minutes to station & museum, a couple of minutes to harbour & village store. If I came back here, this would be my go-to accommodation.

This is a family run hotel and restaurant. The hotel room was excellent - very comfortable with very good bathroom facilities. We ate in the restaurant on both nights - good service and good food.

Shame that for our 2 night stay, the bar and restaurant were closed, as was everywhere else in the village, so we had to travel to the next village (Karlshagan).

It's in a great location for your likely visit to the Peenemunde museum, which is an exceptional place. Breakfast was very nice, in a lovely large room, and the bedroom, whilst basic and a little dated, were very comfortable.

Dissappointed the restaurant was not open on the evenings I satayed there. That was Tuesday and Weds, had been looking forward to meals in the highly rated restaurant. I had not been made aware it was closed, or I had missed that bit. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

With a toddler that shares the bed, I would have loved to have a King Size bed with one mattress or at least the 2 mattresses connected without a gap.

The breakfast was far bigger than what I expected, given the price. Also the quality was very good. Food in the restaurant was one of the best german food I've had in decades! And great service that took a lot of care of our little boy!

It was no internet. It was worked just WhatsApp. Later I read a lot of comments about very bad internet. So I had not at all. I woke up at 5 am because the sun was shining directly into the room and the night curtains doesn't help at all. The walls of the room are cardboard. I could hear someone snoring on one side and peeing in the toilet on the other. The door of the room is also very thin. Every time someone walks by and talks, you can hear them very clearly in the room. You can understand every word and it's very loud. I don't understand why the hotel doesn't take care of such things if they want to ensure a good rest for their guests. The breakfast was very poor. At 9:30 there was almost nothing left. For the price of breakfast it's better to have a normal and tasty meal in a restaurant somewhere. The value of my breakfast was maybe 2 euros. The price of the stay was too high.

It was clean, a lot of place for cars. It's for free. Quiet place outside, very friendly stuff.

On checking in I was bluntly told that if I wanted to eat in the restaurant I had 15mins before they closed. There was no mention that on Tuesday night they were closed and there were minimal other options in the village. I had to get the staff to turn on the room lights as the unusual wiring system meant I couldn't get them to work. Breakfast is served from 8am ~ 10am but there is little left to eat by 9am and it is not restocked. When I got back to the hotel at 18:30 on Tuesday I found the place locked and deserted. As the restaurant was closed and there was nobody to ask I ended up having to get the train to the next town for some food as the entire village seems to close at about 7pm. I was given no info on this so I could plan accordingly although they knew I did not have a car.

Our stay was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful and I couldn't fault the hotel. There was no lift to our room but we were on the first floor anyway so this wasn't necessary.

We really liked the buffet selection at breakfast. There was juice, tea, coffee as well as hot and cold breakfast items. Each table had a large pot of coffee and fresh butter and the breakfast room was clean, large, airy and spacious.

A recognition on the menu that not everyone eats fish and/ or meat.

Food, both supper and breakfast, was very good. As there was vegetarian choice on the supper menu the chef happily prepared the omelette I asked for. Lovely room, clean and comfortable.
