The pillows were very flat. I had to use the extra bedspread as an extra pillow.

Breakfast was simple but always fresh and satisfying. The staff makes you a fresh coffee pot for your table every time. The room was very clean, spacious and VERY quiet.

This is a nice modern hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Ample free on-site parking. Hotel has a lift. Nice staff and very good breakfast. Mini Bar in room has a nice selection of drinks at great prices (beer 1.50 Euro and schnapps for 2 Euros). City Center is about 10 minutes away by foot.

The Showerhead was "Zip-Tied" to the wall, facing the wall, so that you could not take a regular shower...... The staff did not see this as a problem, but for a guest that wants to take a shower, it is problematic.... Road Construction made it a challenge to get to. Not well marked facility. Parking is Absolutely Insufficient.

The beds could use new mattresses. Wifi was very difficult to connect and not working properly. I requested a printed receipt during check-out and was told it would have to be sent by e-mail later since I had paid through booking.com. This has never been an issue at other hotels. I still haven't received it and will have to contact them and ask again, which is an avoidable inconvenience. I should have been given a printed receipt as requested, this is common practice.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room. Check-in after reception hours with the code was very uncomplicated. Location was good, not far from the station.

The bathroom doors were quite old and did not close well, making some annoying noise but this did not make a big difference. One of the smaller rooms did not have an outside window and did not ventilate well, the light in the room was also quite poor. The other 2 rooms were ok There was road works on the street and we were lucky to leave on the day when the bigger noise and hassle started.

Clean and good location, close to the park, the cinema, city center. Good breakfast and friendly staff, also had enough space for parking.

No aircon, but weather was exceptionally hot (35+ degrees). I was in room 54, and this was affected by road noise with the windows open.

Good sized room and well appointed. Able to store my bike in their garage, for which I was given my own key. Around a 10 min walk from town centre.

Everything was brilliant.

We had a large room, high ceilings, absolutely clean, large bed. Tasty breakfast. The lady of charge was very friendly. The location is excellent -- 15 min or less by foot to the historical city centre. 10 min by car to the famous Veste of Coburg, the fortress-museum with a lot of collections, incl. Lucas Cranach the Older and a special courtyard of old canons!

The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the railway station, within walking distance. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It has two buildings connected by bridges and an elevator. The room was very cosy with all the necessary things. The bathroom was big with a very practical shower. The breakfast was extraordinary! First, you have a huge choice of bakery products, followed by a meat and cheese selection. There was also yoghurt, cereals, muesli, ... The staff was extra polite and helpful.

WiFi wasn’t great (only 500mb available, which I used in a ten minute internet call), but that wasn’t a huge deal as I was only there overnight

- Easy check in with a lockbox as I was super late because of Deutsche Bahn - Breakfast was really good, especially for the price - staff were super friendly
