United KingdomWhilst the evening meal was good, the service was very poor especially from the senior male waiter. Our group of 6 requested at the outset that our food and drinks orders were taken separately and put onto our 6 individual hotel rooms. The head waiter stated this could be done at the end of the meal but at that point he said that could not be possible because the restaurant computer would not allow him to do so. He was extremely unhelpful so one of the group ended up paying for the whole meal and drinks. We were then advised by the head of reception on checking out the following morning that our request should have been easily accommodated.

SwitzerlandAt the vending machine you may want to indicate which items are beer and which ones are a mix of beer and sweet lemonade: the bottles look just the same and only after buying one it is possible to read the rear label, and find out to have unfortunately bought the latter.
We really enjoyed our three nights stay here. The room was large, very clean and with a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent, spanning from savoury warm dishes to sweets and fruit, also featuring excellent bread. Staff was welcoming and friendly. A large parking is conveniently located in front of the entrance.

GermanyIt was fairly warm during our stay so a room fan would have been useful to aid a good nights sleep. I think an insect screen on the bathroom window would be useful as well.
Very good check in experience . The only hotel out of three we used in the lake area that issued us with the Tourist tax card. This allowed us to use the local buses to get into the town centre. The hotel was fairly quiet with adequate parking. We had booked two rooms for one night and we were allocated rooms close to each other on the upper floor, one of which overlooked the lake.

GermanyBooked 2 rooms for 4 people. Rooms were clean with the one on the upper floor being provided with a fan which was handy given the hot weather at the time of our visit. The windows had insect screens which was also appreciated. Plenty of pillows for the beds. 4 Euros parking fee for an overnight stay.

NamibiaIt seems there is not a main light in the room (Unless we are blonde and could not find it), just the bed side lights so it was a little bit darker in the room than we are used to.
Everything was perfect. The room was cozy and quiet, breakfast was great and catered for our Gluten free request and the team there was overall great.
