Our double room was quite small especially when you have a dog with you. We were only there for one night, so it was not really a problem, but would not stay longer. The guests in the room next to us were smoking on their terrace and it was quite warm, so we couldn’t have our windows closed. The hotel should divide in smoking and no-smoking sections, that would have made our stay more pleasant.

Nice hotel next to the forest. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed one night on our way travelling and it was fine for this purpose. Dogfriendly and nice with a terrace.

Was really looking forward to the ginger shot from my experience at Freigest Göttingen and the standard wasn't the same. I was disappointed, but other than that, it was an amazing breakfast

Breakfast was OK but they didn't top anything up so once the croissants were gone they were gone and the same with the bread etc. No cooked options that I knew of.

We always enjoy coming back to this hotel. The room was large enough for 2 people and our big dog. A dog bed, treats and bowl were provided for the dog- fantastic! The desk is big enough for serious working. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were impeccably clean (one of my pet peeves). The area around the hotel is beautiful, with walking paths through the forest. The restaurant dinner was delicious and the breakfast is worthy of a 5-star hotel. The products are local and ecological. Last but not least, there are now 4 charging stations for electric cars! We were able to start our voyage the next morning fully charged.

Everything was OK. The hotel wasn't cheap (but I felt the quality was appropriate for the price I payed).

The reception staff were excellent (even those on the night shift - when I arrived very late in the evening). The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I only wish I was able to have stayed longer.

The price of the hotel was a bit high considering its position and the season. Also the price of the restaurant was rather high for the quantity/quality of the meal (which was still nice, but possibly does not justify the amount).

Pleasant stay at a very nice property in the outskirts of Göttingen for a wedding. Kind and smiley staff, clean room, good service.

There is no EV CHARGERS , that would have been a great thing and the hotel is much about ‘green thinking’…. We had a night in Lindau and the hotel had 6 of them , all working fine and at a good price . You have lots of parkingspace and why not any EV CHARGERS…

There is nothing that I did not like.

We like everything! The pillows and quilts are amazingly comfortable. The shower gel, handwash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner are excellent. They smell good and of great spa quality. We felt really fresh and great after our shower. TV entertainment that includes Netflix for kids is top-notch. It is wonderful to be able to open the back door to get fresh forest air. The restaurant is inviting and cozy yet spacious. The outdoor seatings and 3 hammocks/swings are perfectly placed around the pond. Overall, the hotel exudes calmness, serenity and a place of well-being. I would like to thank the hotel reception staff for their hospitality and especially the hotel gardener for helping me with my car problem. Vielen Dank.
