There was no clear information about how to book a parking place, but we received a very quick answer when we wrote and asked so this was not a problem.

The place was old but the room was very nice and new renovated. The shower was huge. A very nice place to stay in a quiet area close to the city.

Great location right in the old town, close access to everything. Wifi kept dropping out, you have to constantly reconnect, not reliable. There are 5 parking spots available, first in gets priority. There was no hair-dryer in my room. Walls are thin, you can hear the people talking next door. Minimal road traffic. Another pillow would have been nice. Heating works well. Great shower. Great breakfast.

We only spent a night there so we can't say much. The location is pretty good, there are good restaurants and cafe nearby (2 mins walk). The self check-in process is not complicated. And the hotel has the basic necessities (except toothbrush & toothpaste).

I used to be stationed in Germany many years ago. I booked this hotel on the reviews of the breakfast...and it was the most amazing German breakfast...exactly how I remembered. The assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, cereals, jams, drinks (and an egg, cooked to your liking) The owner spoke excellent English, and spoke with all of his guests. Amazing customer service. The check in was automated, and very easy to use. When you make your reservation, screenshot the code that is sent to you. Very easy process. The buildings in Rothenburg are very old. The room we had was updated...but understand none of them are going to be modern. (When I lived in Germany, bathrooms used to be down the hall, and shared.) There is also a restaurant down the side street that has the most amazing dinner. Great location, great service, great value, and an even better breakfast.

The place itself is dated, the bathroom especially. The shower had to be climbed in, a good 30/40 cm from the floor. Breakfast was good but a bit too late. I wanted to take an 8.05 am train but had to wait for the breakfast at 8, so had to rethink my trip a bit.

It was nice after travelling for a while, to find a little, quiet room at a reasonable price where to refresh myself and get a good night sleep and a good breakfast. The room was simple but perfect for my needs. Breakfast was appropriate for the place, I didn't feel anything was missing. Location is great, in the city centre and just a 10 min walk from the train station.

Small rooms, no refrigerator, no iron, no drawer space for clothes and limited floor space so if you lived out of your luggage, there was very little room to walk.

We arrived over one hour after check-in time, and at the check-in electronic kiosk, the machine said that the room wasn't ready. With no live person to talk to, we felt stuck. We finally called the number left with the email, and the man on the phone said that it had been done for a while, but the maid likely hadn't hit the button to release the room. He did so within about five seconds, but it was still frustrating not really knowing what to do, when that unexpected even took place. Check in electronic kiosks are certainly more efficient overall, but a live person would have made this major inconvenience so much easier.

The wifi was not so reliable (the connection was often interrupted); the head of the bed close to the window was not ideal, as the car noise was quiet loud in the afternoon and it prevented me to take a nap. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special; I asked for scrambled eggs and I got a plain omelette instead (not by mistake, this is how they do scrambled eggs). No toaster available in the breakfast room.

The room was nicer als expected, the flow of the shower was great and warm, the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Decent coffee machine.

The only window faces the internal shaft. Everything is a bit worn out, but still works fine. Rather not for anything beyond overnight stay.

The property is very old and has not been updated. Bare bones rooms, only one pillow per person, worn carpet, old beds. Just very old with no updates. It was clean. There is a weird vending machine type check in when you get there, so no real person. No one to ask for anything you might need until breakfast in the morning.

The location is great. There was also a very good breakfast, although no gluten free options other than eggs and yogurt. There was parking available.

Very noisy late at night and very early in the morning, with lots of cars and people talking and laughing really loud. Since there is no A/C, you have to leave your windows open to get any air flow.

The location was great! Our first time using a kiosk to check in so that was interesting.
