Carpets were very old There was a bit of a smell.... Nothing that caused an issue

Location was good right next to Edeka... Hotel is basic. If u just need sleep overnight then it is a good option.

Overall, it is a very basic facility that suits a budget traveller. The carpets in the room are stained and old, and the bedding, pillows & linen are all of cheap quality. The room is very small, and there was no WiFi available to me or offered.

I liked the shoe shine machine in the reception area. The bathroom looked like it was recently renovated and was in clean condition.

Very very basic hotel with outdated rooms, we only stayed overnight. Breakfast same very basic.

Breakfast was seperate and quite expensive with two small childeren pay full price. The smell was also not fine like something happend in the allwsy

We were three people in the bedroom but staff would put just two towels. We had to ask for the third one whenever towels were changed. My baby had a cold and the bed linen got really dirt. I had to ask them to be changed because housekeeping did not do it. Another night the baby had a nose bleed and they only changed one pillow case, the sheet and the duvet cover were not changed. The way the bathroom was designed doesn’t help the water to run the proper way to the drain, every time someone had a shower, the bathroom floor would be wet.

The bathroom was not clean and smell bad. Small insects were going out of the shower. Nobody in the family dared to take a shower there. When We told the personal, they did not seem to care. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had to wait an hour to get into the hotel because we didn't get the code for the box and the card.

It was ok until we noticed bed bugs that sucks blood. The hotel manager hang up the phone late at night (10 pm) and didn't answer the following calls. We left the room and stayed the night in the car. Almost $200 lost.

Bath room and toilet were covered in flies. Large amounts of dust and hair in the carpets. Nobody at reception at 20:00 to complian to about the flies.

One day just got only foot mat towel. They did not supply bath and hand towel. My colleague also stayed and had same experience. And they replaced body soap dispenser and keep it empty. Service was not really good. Too close to train station and train is running all day even midnight causing noise in a room Seems like owner of the hotel changed in recent year and service quality also changed… I will not stay there again.

The hotel is right next to the train tracks. So you hear the train all night land if the train is not running you here, cars going over the rails. Staff leaves every afternoon for the night, So there is no one there. No air conditioning, No fridge, The t v screen is basically a computer monitor With only a few channels. There is a indian restaurant, And grocery store behind in the parking lot. Absolutely nothing else within walking distance. As soon as the sun comes up the room heats up terribly. Unlivable conditions and did not feel safe at all. Finally had to book a different hotel And lose the money I paid since It Was non refundable even under the circumstances.

Never have we slept so bad. And we are not picky sleepers! We got transfered to another hotel wich had awfull pillow and the air in the room was dense as tar.
