How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was amazing but 35€ is steep. I would prefer to have a normal shower instead of a bathtub that can be used as a shower.
It’s super close to the airport and the security area (took me 8 min to walk from my room). Rooms are big, bed is comfy and the desk is great for working. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was amazing. I could see the planes land from my bed but didn’t hear anything.

Everything was a-OK.
It's like a little traveler's village in there! The bar and cigar lounge were a nice place to unwind, and there were tons of chatty people on the way to somewhere, just hanging out. That said, upstairs was very quiet.

I called reception to ask what time the trains to Terminal 2 started, and they said the trains didn't start until much later, so I should get a shuttle. When I was doing the checkout, however, the receptionist said the exact opposite, so I was left to wonder which one was correct. I recommend the staff take a look at these schedules so they don't give the wrong info. Aside from that, a great stay!
I slept so well considering the hotel is practically inside the airport! Not one noise from outside.

Very confusing between Marriott and Sheraton, long ways inside the hotel. Breakfast was below standard, Coffee almost cold, variety was ok, good if you need to fill quickly your tummy and need choices.
The size of the bathroom and the room. We had been able to open all our 4 suitcases in the room :-). And it's literally 10 minutes walk to the check-in of Terminal 1

That the taxi dropped us off in the car pack and we had trouble finding the reception desk. A man attending a meeting showed us where the lift was to the reception. Other wise would would still be looking for the reception desk🤣

I found it a bit difficult to find when I arrived and when I called no one was available to help me. Once you know where you are going its really easy but I'd recommend finding out before you arrive. Checking in took a long time becasue ot was busy and there were only two people working at the time
The location is perfect for the airport. The hotel is nice and clean and well appointed. I liked to bar area and the people working there were very nice.

It was a little loud in the hallway outside our room late at night.
I loved that the hotel was right next door to the airport! The environment was friendly and luxurious. Everything was at our fingertips. Food was delicious and the breakfast was outstanding. Our room was large and convenient to the elevator. The bed was comfy, especially the pillows. Bathroom was nice and the shower was relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy.
