I'm not sure I could say anything too negative. maybe some areas were not completely spotless but it was still ok

the hotel is situated within a wood with lovely walks, wild pigs and a playground. it's a real retreat. the hotel itself was beautiful, especially compared to other hotels we have visited in bavaria. the pool was fun and open from early til late. bathrobes were provided. breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of foods. my husband is vegan and there was vegan spreads and milk. the dining rooms were pretty and we even had candles lit at breakfast and a fresh rose in our table. we also had a view of the forest and patio area. we ate at the sweet little Biergarten and the food was very good and good value for money. there was a very fun playground attached. the staff here were so friendly and helpful. actually all.of the staff we met were very friendly. we even got a welcome drink which was a nice touch. we didn't get to use the spa as we have little children and one of them taught herself to swim while there. my husband did use the gym which was super and he had a view of us in the pool. overall our experience was extremely positive. we all enjoyed the shower and the main bed was very comfy.

The o my ‘down side’ was the dinner, it wasn’t really good. But the breakfast was great.

I really liked the location of the hotel, the hotel itself is spacious and stylish, nice room, courteous stuff. Loved that my dog was warmly welcomed and there were bowls, a mat and treats already waiting for him in the room. It was also great that the hotel was on the edge of the forest and you could walk your dog there

The beer garden was not open every day. That is the restaurant next to the children's playground. It was a major inconvenience. There is a good local restaurant down the road 10 min away.

Very nice hotel, good sized rooms, good amenities, in the middle of the forest, good breakfast with lactose free milk and yogurt. That was a really pleasant thing to see. Plenty parking places, good wifi in the hotel, 15 min away from playmobil park. The couch was extended and made a bed for the child without asking for it and it was a great surprise.

Great location, very child friendly. Loved the spa bags in the room. Spa very nice, modern. Well equipped gym. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even offered us to take some bottled water for our trip back. We likes the overall design of the hotel. Bar was very cozy and service was great. Food (quality of ingredients) at the bar could be improved. Fries were good, egg overcooked, the chicken was a convenience product. At that price point, should be fresh. We will be back!

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (later than the specified check-in time) and the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned.

We received a very nice and spacious room. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can park your car for free outside. There is not much going on around the hotel since it is basically in the forest.

The room was great, overlooking the forest and big. Junior Suite, which had all drinks included (minibar and coffee). Breakfast was lovely and the location in the forest is beautiful. Nice Fitness area, Sauna and Pool. The only thing that caused a bit of an issue ( I work remotely) was the very slow Wi-Fi.

The hotel is a bit of a drive (20 min or so) to Nuremberg. We had intended to visit the documents museum, but unfortunately it was closed on the day we were there. Normal closing day is Tuesday, but this was a Thursday.... not the hotel's fault obviously, but it was dissapointing.

Rooms, staff, and breakfast were excellent. Parking was very good as well. We enjoyed our stay at this location.
