We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

For us it was not really important, but for someone it could mean a thing hence mentioned here: - no air-conditioning in the rooms, but we were on the first floor and it was quite cool inside even on a hot day outside - no mini bar in the room (but the reception was so helpful to provide us with mobile mini bar and we were happy) - no kettle / coffee maker in the room, but that was not a real problem for us - the food in the brasserie was a bit junky and over salted to our taste. Perhaps it is because brasserie is just around the corner of the bier garden. But this does not concern the restaurant though - breakfast was great! Hope this is helpful

AustriaThe staff at the reception was not friendly. I didn't feel welcomed by them, and during my check-out, one of the ladies was quite confusing regarding my payment, and because she spoke a poor English, she was stressed and rude with me. Lastly, for what you pay for, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They gave me a small single bed, even though I paid for double. The decoration is all old, taking you back to the 90s.
Nice restaurant at the hotel, with really friendly staff. The food was also nice, which it helps, as the location is quite secluded. The breakfast was good, and the swimming pools are quite big.
