There wasn't anything not to like.

Location was perfect in the old town. It was about 1km from the train station through a beautiful park. Our room wasn't ready as we arrived quite early, however we were able to store our luggage. The lady who helped us was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Loved the stay

In an building from 14th century, room was spacious, clean, excellent bathroom, amazing ambience, at town center. Self check-in very easy.

I needed to contact someone with a question concerning my checkout. I called the provided contact number, but nobody could speak English. It would be a good idea to have a WhatsApp number for emergencies.

It was the second time I stayed in room number 13 at this property. I absolutely love it, and I cannot imagine going to Kaufbeuren and staying anywhere else. The Netflix and other streaming options on TV were a great update!

The only downside, we were missing crockery for the. 4-th person. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Nice place in rustic style with old fashioned windows, arches, amazing wooden floors and all modern amenities inside. Comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen (the only thing we were missing is salt & a crockery for the 4-th person). Central location in old town, close to restaurants and attractions. Convenient check in. Great place for reasonable price.

There was a strange smell in one of the rooms on the 1st floor (maybe a previous guest smoked in the room), so I could only sleep with slightly open windows there.

Only one pillow provided per person - two would have been better. Pop up pub opposite was VERY loud and the music and people noise continued well past midnight. Only impacted one of two nights that we were there.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. Room was well set up, good kitchen facilities, everything well organised, access was easy, bed was very comfortable, central location was convenient.

only small downside is there is no parking but you can leave the car 10min in front to load/unload. there is a parking in the town-hall nearby

I was very excited about the bath, but it was leaking on the drainage pipe.

It was very clean and very comfortable. The rustic style is very beautiful. The neighbourhood is also lovely with lots of restaurants and stores.

Tall people watch out - door frame of the bedroom is quite low. After two bumps with the head into it I kind of developed sense of caution - everything comes through your own experience 😀😀

Very nice apartment, easy to check in. We liked the style of apartment. We had late check in and the bed for children was already made. Beds were comfortable , rooms were spacious and clean, shower was very clean and shiny. Apartment has a kitchen where you can make your own food.

A large and very comfotable apartment, right in the middle of town, but on a quiet street. The decoration of the whole property was excellent, and the room was very well appointed with top class bed, bathroom and kitchen equipment. A really nice place to stay. If your a biker, there is a small courtyard at the back where you can safely leave your bike.

There was no kitchen ventilation, due to we keep open Main room window while cooking.

Apartment was good . Only issue was with ventilation, specifically for kitchen area. Otherwise other things was awesome and good.
