Up two flights of stairs. To get to the bathroom and living room you must descend four steep stairs. No microwave. A bit pricey.

Good bed, good kitchen, cable TV. Good communication by the host. Very comfortable overall.

Could have used a microwave. Also the fridge did not have a freezer which would have been useful considering items purchased had to be thrown out.

Property located in a top location. Everything was to our liking a pleasant stay all round.

We would have appreciated having a toaster. It's a bit unusual to have the apartment divided into 3 sections (1st floor), where other guests have to walk through to access their apartment but we did adapt quickly.

The water temperature in the shower would go from hot to cold without turning the knob, but it was still manageable.

The flat is directly open from the narrow stairway, all rooms therefore seperate (although all lockable). Front room to street very noisy, nothing for light sleepers, alsio had no bin nor bedside light. No direct entrance light at front door, we thought it was a bit daunting as cellar stairs next to entrance but no gate. Bathroom quite small, not suitable for larger individuals. Coukd not pay with card but only bank transfer (outdated and inconvenient without German account).

Location very good, central to inner city, Good mattress, spacious rooms, large tv, balcony which we did not use. Did not use kitchen either so cannot comment.

The parking lot. There is one parking lot for two cars to be placed behind each other. Meaning, if we parked first and the visitors of the other apartment parked second, we couldn’t move our car. Be aware that you will have to stay in touch with the other visitors If you plan to move your car and parked first.

Be ready to walk spiral steps, my unit is on floor2, in the US this is third floor. Two flights of stairs. But this is typical of European accommodation.... steps and spiral stairs. A bit pricey.

Inside old town, walk to sites. 20 minute walk from train station. Unit is clean and very spacious.

Picking up the keys was somewhat problematic since I couldn't receive the owner's texts for some reason -- I had to call.

Clean, large apartment, great Krupps coffee maker. Good location -- quiet but in town.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work and the owner said that it’s because we are from Asia. They tried the best to guide us but it doesn’t work since we need a notebook with LAN connection. They should also write a better instruction on how to park and how to get in. The map helps but should include some more instruction.

The location is what it’s all about. It’s very closed to the attraction and good restaurants.

Lugging our suitcases up the stairs but not their fault as it is advertised as first floor.

Location is great, right on the edge of the Altstadt. It was a little hard to find (shares address with a hair salon) but the lady at the salon was very nice getting us situated. Having access to a washer and dryer was good too. Comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower.

The apartment doesnt feell safe. It is combined from 3 rooms : 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.they are connected with a hall that is open and shared with another apartment in the buillding.we were with our children and had to constantly lock the doors . The bathroom is in one of the rooms ,so you needc o go to the bathroom through the hall ,and meet there the other renters. Then you go to the other room ,unlock ,lock ,etc . Very annoying. Also ,the hall is open to the entranve door which is not a too safe door , shared with a hair saloon downstairs and some kind of a basement . All of this together give you a pretty unsafe feeling. The most problematic thing is that this does not appear in the apartment description . Only after you book ,they tell you that .
