Lovely room with balcony looking out over the mountains. Very well equipped and clean. Great location on the edge of the old town but away from the touristy bit. It was lovely to sit with a glass of wine on the balcony in the evening, out of the sun. We didn't manage to eat in the restaurant but it looked really good. A hike up to Mittenwalder Huette is highly recommended as suggested by the owner. C. 2 hrs.

It would have been nice to have a box fan for the hot nights, since there was no air conditioning. We had to have the windows open to cool the apartment overnight, so we awoke early to the noises of town. Bring earplugs and a sleep mask.

The location to outdoor activities, the view, and the proximity to town was excellent. The apartment was clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The bathroom was clean and spacious for a small bathroom. We were able to hook the television up to our steaming g accounts when we wanted to relax. When the windows were shut it was quiet enough.

We love the cute apartment and its views but it's a loft design, the bedroom is upstairs with narrow steps to climb up and down, so will not recommend for the elderly and kids. There's also a small drop in the floor on the bedroom level which can easily cause an ankle sprain. Personally, would prefer less rough bedsheets and firmer pillows.

Difficult to find as a detour was in place for the normal route. More info or small map to guide where driveway is and wine bar. If you have mobility issues, it’s 2 flights of stairs up and steep stairs to get up to the bedroom

A very comfortable and clean apartment equiped with everything one can need. The beds also very comfortable and the view from the terrace is alone worth the price. Everything in the town in within walking distance, even the train station.

Beautiful location, both in terms of the aesthetics and the central location within Mittenwald. The place was clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured - except the view from the balcony, which far exceeds the pictures. I wish we could have stayed longer! Please note: access to the apartment is through the restaurant Tischlein Deck Dich; the friendly staff will grant you access.

Everything was lovely.

A stunning historic home with gorgeous modern decor and amenities. The location has stunning downtown views, the soaring mountain in sight. Wonderful home with lovely owners, we felt so very welcome.

Norbert met us at the front door to the property with a smile. He showed us all corners of the apartment and answered all of our questions. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I suggest that anyone that wants a place that you can relax and look at the mountains, enjoy the excellent food at the restaurant downstairs, have access to hiking trails, and the train station-pick this place!!

We kept the skylight open to sleep and we heard the town church bells every 15 minutes through the night - not the property's fault!

This was SUCH an amazing stay. The owners are very nice and immediately welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment is in the perfect location of Mittenwald, it's central to everything and you have a lovely balcony that looks out to the mountains. We would come back to this apartment in a heartbeat!
