I hope if they provided full information before their customers came by messages for example what exists and what is available, which is not available, what is the alternative. For example, not easy to book or found taxi and if you find it is so expensive. My taxi for 3 mins only took €11.80 and for 7 mins took €23. If you don’t have book for Europe park or Rulantica you don’t have things to do. It’s boring. Even they don’t have English Channel to wash at least.

They were interested in the smallest details. They deal very good and wonderful. they were Collaborative and understand. I like to equip the integrated kitchen and the excellent coffee device with coffee beans. Also the bathroom chair, napkins, and everything in high quality.

It was so close to europa park and the couple that run it are so lovely. The apartment was spotless. We'll definitely be back.

Apartment was one floor up - was a bit inconvenient having to carry large suitcases up and down a spiral staircase.

Very clean and spacious apartment and within walking distance to Europa Park. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. There is an Italian restaurant in the building which was really good. Apartment is air conditioned which was needed during summer months. Apartment came with all amenities needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families with kids.

Vacuum should be clean because of the smell and it’s not sucking well. It’s will be nice a big mirror in room.

It's a two story apartment on the first floor So it would be a bit difficult if you have too much luggage.

There is nothing we did not like. It was perfect - nothing could have been better! It exceeded all our expectations!

The apartments are exceptional, spacious, with terrace or balcony (in our case we rented two apartments, one with a huge terrace and one with two balconies), beautifully decorated (modern) and very functional. The location is great, short walk to Europa Park, close to a number of restaurants and bakery with an excellent pizzeria in the same building. The host is wonderful, extremely nice and helpful. Late arrival is no problem. We all loved the place and will certainly be back!

Very beautiful apartment, perfect for visiting Europa park. It has a pizzeria downstairs and private parking so you don't have to pay for parking at the park. The park is only a 5-10 min walk.

The apartment was great!! New and very well equipped. A lot of space and nice bedrooms. Location is walking distance from Europe park. Most important, the owners are outstanding, including helping us with a problem at a very late hour. Very much recommended!!!

Our stay was amazing and I am sure we will come back again. Great apartment for us, well equipped kitchen and its have every thing you need. Thank you very much for your hospitality and the gaming box was amazing add.

If the room is on the upper floor you have to carry your bags yourself and there is no elevator. There is a local fee and tax of a euro or two per person per night.

One of the best residential areas close to the Europa park, there is a car park, and the apartment contains everything the family needs from the dining room, preparatory kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, air conditioning, and free parking and smart access.

If you have a kid younger than 5 years old, be careful from the stairs.

There was a problem with extraneous sound in engineering systems, but the owner solved this problem very quickly. One remark - it is very hot in the apartments, we turned it down to a minimum, but still had to open the windows. But it's not a problem :) Thank you

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect!

Excellent location when visiting Europa Park, just a short walk. Apartment was spacious and had absolutely everything you would need for a comfortable stay and more. The owner was on property and very accessible. She met us upon check-in and gave us a tour, was very friendly and accomodating. Would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
