Extremely clean, great service, fantastic food

The hotel is located near the highway so you can hear the cars during the night. It was not a problem for us, though.

After having spent 1 night in another horror place, we found this beautiful hotel and stayed 1 night there. We arrived after lunch and were allowed to have lunch on the day of check-out. We could also stay in the wellness area as long as we wanted. We loved everything about this hotel: the clean and comfy rooms, the swimming pools, the food, and the amazing wellness. We managed to relax and totally switch off.

Cleaning in the bathroom wasn't always the best. On my first night there were still water marks on the shower tap from the previous guests. The shower wasn't cleaned well also a few days after. Was only done well during my last stay in this room. Also the selection of pastries during breakfast was lacking. I stayed here a month ago and during breakfast there was a selection of mini croissants and other types of bread. I stayed here over a week this time, and only one or two bread types were offered each morning which was disappointing. Sadly they no longer offer the croissants which was my favourite of their breakfast selection. A bottle of water should also be offered in all rooms for new guests. This is the only hotel I've stayed in a standard room where I didn't get a bottle of water in the room.

Very comfortable room and bed, beautiful views and great breakfast. Staff at the front desk were also very nice and helpful. I liked how during breakfast the chef can be seen by the buffet preparing the warm dishes, so they were always warm when you took them.

1. The room desperately needed some sort of a comfortable chair. Sitting on the bed or benches is not really comfortable when you have to spend there an extended period of time 2. The world is moving towards smart TVs. Since I don't speak German, for 5 days at the hotel I couldn't watch TV. It would have been nice to be able to connect my accounts to it 3. Considering the availability of the pretty elaborate kitchen, it would have been nice to be able to order a meal between breakfast and dinner for those who arrive during the day. There is no restaurants or stores close by so no options outside of the few bar snacks 4. This is a sports resort - how is it possible there is no GYM? They said they are planning to put it in but that was very disappointing

There were no towels provided for the swimming pool (that we knew of). The dinner buffet was exceptionally expensive if you’re not all inclusive (€37!) and the nearest places to eat outside of the hotel you need to drive to. We were not fully informed about the inclusive parts of the hotel (as a non fully inclusive guest) sometimes we would order a drink at the bar and had to pay for it, other times we were instructed to use the beer/wine taps for the all inclusive guests. On returning to use the taps as previously instructed I was then told off for using them, and that they were only for inclusive guests after 6pm (I think?). Had instructions been clearer at check in we would have had a less confusing time, however I would still return as it’s a beautiful resort.

Our room was sparkling clean! Nice and cool as well considering the weather was very hot. The pool is beautiful and clean, lovely temperature, very refreshing. The drinks selection at the bar was good and not too expensive. We were there for a wedding and had an amazing time there.

I wished the bed would be more comfortable, but the real issue was the missing AC - we were actually lucky that the weather wasn't so warm during our stay and just a fan that we brought with us did the work. As we had to leave the windows open at night, it was possible to hear the cars passing in the Autobahn near the hotel. In terms of service, I hired a 20 minute "Fußreflexzonenmassage" massage but I didn't really like it because the experience was more like someone passing warm oil on my feet than really pushing or pressing the stress points.

I enjoyed my all inclusive stay in the hotel. In general I had the impression that I was always well fed and relaxed after swimming in the pool or being at the sauna.

Relaxation is the game here with all the sports you may need. If you go book B&B and in doing so you get the evening meal with all the food and all the beer and wine you will ever need for 25Eurs.

There were no towels (well, apart from two very small ones) in my room on arrival, and since I was told "housekeeping" had gone home for the day (this was around 20.30), I was given another room instead (which had towels) and which thus solved the problem, though in a bit of a convoluted manner. The reception closes at about 21.00. I imagine that there are arrangements for giving the key (there are real keys, not key cards for the rooms) to guests arriving later, but 21.00 is still a bit too early to close the reception in my view, should guests have some queries or requests.

The staff was very friendly and the sport facilities are a big plus, even though I imagine they were built in the early 90s and not much renovated since. The rooms are relatively spartan, but with lots of wooden elements added, which I liked. There was a dinner buffet at 25 Euros, but I arrived 20 minutes before it closed at 21, and was offered to fill a large plate at 12 Euros which was a nice gesture and good deal. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located very close to the motorway, yet it is quiet, which makes it ideal for an overnight stay on the way by car to somewhere (otherwise it does not look like an area with lots of tourist attractions).

One or two employees were friendly, the rest were not. If they saw you looking a little lost, they looked away and didn't try to help or ask you if you needed something. The sauna/pool area was outdated and worn. Towels weren't provided within the sauna/pool area and it was necessary to ask a grumpy employee to give you towels before you went in. No water, tea, or fruit was provided inside the sauna area for rehydration. Not a 4-star experience.

The room was comfortable and newly renovated. Breakfast was okay.
