Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The hotel is very close to the highway, exactly what I need on my way home to London. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff polite and welcoming. The breakfast was basic, the food variety very simple but everything was fresh.

NetherlandsPaying for parking this far out of the city and next to free parking at McDonald’s is just weird. Especially as the car is on a non barred terrain with no extra security. Next day it was full of cars and I doubt that everyone paid as nobody seem to check with registration or license plate.

PhilippinesNothing for me but when my husband used the bathroom sink to shave the water doesn't go down. He called for someone to fix it and it was good but the next day it was still the same. Otherwise, still the hotel did a good job. For a place to stay for 2 nights it's highly recommended.
We arrived at 11:00 pm and the staff named Cater was very accommodating and helpful. We were tired from our trip to Milan and because of the traffic, Cater welcomed us with a smile. Friendly staff, clean facilities, breakfast was good and organized. What I like most especially our kids was the pancake that can be mad by a machine and you just simply press it then voila warm pancakes available in a minute.

Turkeythe location of hotel is not ok. It is far from the nearest tram station (U4, like 750 m). Moreover, it takes at least 35-40 min to reach to Neumark (from the hotel). We were be able to walk but older people can have difficulties to use the public transportation. The size of the room is extremely small. If you want to stay 3 persons in a room (we were husband-wife-daughter), it is too difficult to walk inside room. we want to change the room but there was no available room and we were told that most of the rooms has the same size.
Ms Viola in the reception made our first day perfect. We appreciate for her help during the first day. Breakfast was ok and satisfied (but not perfect). Price for BB is very good. Mr Ömer in the reception was also very helpful whenever we asked any question or request, he did his best for our comfortable in the hotel. We are also thankful to him. The cost for uber to go to airport from the hotel was 28 euro and took 15 min.

01.Firstly I want to thank the staff. for making our trip easier and more memorable one.. From the check-in on the first day till the last day of our stay. The front desk was spot on with their work and helped us when we needed it. especially Cater and Chemer. I hope I got the names correctly. 02.And the breakfast. We definitely enjoyed it as And thumbs up to the kitchen staff, too. Everyone was kind and helpful. 03. All together, our visit was fine, and we will definitely see you soon again.

United KingdomThink the parking is a bit overpriced and there are no barriers so anyone can use it,lift was really slow seemed to wait ages for it,confusion at the bar when paying for drinks!!ordered 2 drinks with a member of staff,when ordering 3rd drink different member of staff so explained i need to pay for previous drinks ordered, which she tilled up and I paid,finished our drinks heading to lift when we got in lift the door had literally closed and a hand appeared through the door,it was the first member of staff asking me to pay for drinks,I explained I'd already paid with the other member of staff which he said oh ok,retired to bed,15 mins later phone rings it's member of staff telling me I hadn't paid for all drinks!!ffs!!asked me to come down and pay,I told them no I'm in bed will pay in morning, almost made to feel like a criminal just because they made a mistake with charging me correctly, the guy with the hand in the lift door bit out.
