The staff has been quite rude during the check-in and when we tried to get inside the hotel.

Nice hotel in a place where there are not many things to do, apart from the parks around. The room was ok, as well as the bathroom: clean and tidy.

Ground floor rooms are not ideal to keep your window open, due to people sitting outside.

Very functional place for a family to stay close to Europapark. Breakfast is simple yet sufficient, beds are good and rooms are clean. Shower was good. It's a small place, so not very busy. When we arrived the desk was unstaffed, but we could get our keys at the gas station across the road. A bit odd, but it works. There's no airco, so we slept with the windows open. Apart from a few flies, that was fine. All in all, a good budget option that is comfortable enough for a few days.

In the rooms on the ground floor is noticed some small ants. The curtain in room 108 is damaged.

When we arrived the heating of the room was on, it was very cozy and nice.

I got a room under the roof in the summer (30+ degrees) which meant the room was a sauna and there is no AC. A little fan was provided but that does not replace an AC as it just blows around the warm air. Was difficult to sleep and woke up seversl times in a puddle of sweat

Room was a little dated (what we expected for the cheaper price), however it was really clean which is the most important thing for me. Soaps were filled in bathroom and shower and clean towels provided. Also I slept with my window open and the area is quiet outside and inside.

For the cost of the hotel, we expected a kettle in the bedroom. When prompted for one, it was not possible, only in room where breakfast is served (which is closed during the day and night). The room had very little space for moving around, which was OK if consider just the 1 night sleep. There is parking, without booking and they will charge for it. We had no notification about the cost during the booking, only when doing checkin in reception (3EUR).

Location, location and location. Hotel is located just out of the highway, which makes it perfect for a night stop for a rest before moving on the journey. Next to it there is also a gas station and fast food. Additionally, we did not had any sound issues during the night.

Tesla supercharger right across the street from the hotel. Also the convenient store and burger king were there which was very nice. Plenty of parking space which was free. Will be using it if I'm traveling along the same route.

Even though it is stated as pet-friendly, no dogs were allowed in the restaurant. This is not what dog friendly means. Breakfast is very basic, there are no healthy options, bad coffee, no fresh backery, nothing warm.

There was no staff at the reception when we arrived.

Room was proper. We stayed for a few hours on our way to the Netherlands. We had chozen the hotel for its convenient location near the Tesla Superchargers. Parking was limited, only one place left.
