How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Quiet, well renovated and close to the highway. We ended our fun in Europa Park which is very close to the hotel, and we had a very relaxing night. The family room was huge and we also had the surprise to have a private terrasse ! Fridge, tea and coffee are available and they also offer fresh still and sparkling mineral water. The breakfast was also excellent ! This is an excellent address for one night or more.

The pillows are not very comfortable and there is no elevator. But I believe they have a special lift for luggage in case needed. We did not use it.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was nice. They have 2 EV charging stations just in front of the entrance in the hotel parking. The hotel is in a very quite area and close to Europa Park. We arrived late after the check-in deadline but the staff still provided all the instructions for an easy self check-in and kept contact with us via WhatsApp until late at night in case needed. Thank you!

Very good location for a stopover (2 min from motorway). Family room is nice and spacious. Good restaurant. Advised to reserve a table since the restaurant seems to be popular with locals and can be full quiet fast. Tip for families: there is a playground 3-4 min walk from the hotel. Quiet handy after a long drive.

An elevator is missing.
This place is awesome! Super clean with really friendly staff. It’s great for families, and the food is fantastic – breakfast and dinner are both a treat. Just a heads-up: dinner can take around 40 minutes to come out, so make sure you’ve got a little time to relax. Totally worth the wait!

Very comfortable and clean hotel convenient for a stopover near to the A5 motorway. Hotel was refurbished in the last year (since we last stayed) and better for it although we understood there is no longer a bar for drinks (restaurant only). Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Very good breakfast

No air-conditioning. It was 32°C when we were there and only thing to cool is was a fan. Can't really blame the hotel, but it was very hot at night.
Great clean hotel in a lovely location. The breakfast was amazing!!! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Good location not far off the motorway and easy to get to. Perhaps not busy as we were able to get a parking space when we arrived just after 9pm. We were too late for the restaurant but were told they may be able to arrange something (which we declined although we did have a drink in the bar). The shower in the room was probably the best I have experienced in any hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast also. Would certainly stay again

The WiFi was not strong enough in the rooms but worked well in the reception. So when I had to do sth important, I was going downstairs.
The location was perfect for us as it was only 10 minutes away by driving from the Europa park and very close to the Alcace towns The breakfast was excellent! We also had a dinner at the hotel's taverna where the plates were also super. The rooms were very clean. They were cleaned up every day. The staff was always pleasant and smiley. It was also convenient for the people in wheelchair(!)
