Easy check-in with welcoming drinks, nice sized room with large bed, our own courtyard where we stored our bikes overnight, short walk for an evening meal, and a great breakfast. Ticked all our boxes.

Lack of tea and coffee in the room. However there is access to hot and cold drinks in a small kitchen area. Includes both alcoholic and non alcoholic.

The glass pictures at the top of the bed are too low and feel like they will fall on your head while you are sleeping.

There was nothing in my opinion not to like. All I would say is if you are a fan of big large chain hotels then you could either give this a try as a superb alternative or stay away as it would possibly not be to your taste.

The Hotel was like a home from home in that it was a very comfortable and friendly stay. Staff were excellent with nothing being too much trouble whilst the breakfast was as good as some large chain hotels with a wide variety and choice. Have re booked for another 3 nights in December for visiting family and the Hannover Xmas markets.

This is the hotel to put all other hotels in the shade. A five star experience at a 3 star price. The rooms were very generous in space including the bathroom, down duvets and down pillows (all antiallergic), so no sweating under artificial fibres like in other hotels. The stuff exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are communal rooms for everybody to use incl. a terrace, bordered by a very well kept gaarden, so we could have drinks on the terrace in the evening. In the tea kitchen all sorts of drinks are provided against payment into an honesty box incl. various sorts of beer and wine, tea and coffee and more. There is even a drawer with useful items that travellers might have forgotten to bring like toothbrushes or toothpaste. We felt very much at home there and the beds were a dream. We slept like on clouds. I'd like to wrap this hotel up and take it with me wherever I travel.

Was a little bit warm for us in the room, but we generally like to sleep in cooler temps than many people do in winter :).

Really lovely decor, clean, and homely somehow. We were there in winter so didn’t use it but a nice terrace area where you could sit outside if you wanted. The staff were super friendly, and very easy key collection even outside of the normal check in hours! And the breakfast was great, so many jam and juice options (even a smoothie!) and fresh baked buns!

A bit far out from Hannover. Consider that trains are running just once an hour in the evening. Was a bit expensive but considering the prices in Hannover during the fair it is a good and economic alternative.

The staff was polite but not fully guest-centered - on the website, which we were supposed to use, check out was until 11. A bit after 10, the receptionist came to the room stating that we have to leave. I informed her about the time on the website but she denied that it was true. After paying, I confronted her with the website and all she could say is that it is "komisch" that the wrong time was mentioned there ... We paid for the breakfast but we did not think that we fully benefited from everything - while other guests enjoyed eggs, no one asked us if we wanted some. The location might not be the most exciting - we stayed there on the way to Berlin, while seeking some comfort.

We could check in at any time (which was useful since we arrived late in the evening). The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. All necessary utensils were there. Even though our room overlooked quite a busy road, we were not disturbed by noise.
