We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise from the surrounding bars and pedestrians on the street until the early hours of the morning. Due to the central location we can not gurantee that its completely quiet during the night. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the room and bathroom size, as well as the lack of a mini bar and parking availability on the property. In fact, not all room categories are equipped with refrigerators. Only our suites are equipped with refrigerators. If you have not booked a suite, you are welcome to contact our reception at any time during your stay and have something cooled. For fresh drinks and snacks, our lobby bar is available 24/7. For sustainability reasons, we have decided against a minibar in the rooms. You have booked a URBAN room for your stay which has a room size of 20-27 sqm. If you prefer a bigger room for your next stay, we recommend you our LU Suites with a room size of 30-42 sqm. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the situation and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. As we only have a limited number of parking spaces in the hotel, we are unable to provide every hotel guest with an underground parking space for their stay. Therefore, we recommend that our guests always book a parking space in advance. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
