The bed has a tall mattress, which I am not used to... Not a negative point per se, being more of a personal preference. I slept through quite ok... The corner lamp was not functioning, but we announced the issue to the staff.

This small hotel was a nice surprise. We had expected an old and cold type of hotel, but we discovered a lovely place and nice people. Beautiful ambience and room, quite a nice view. The room is spacious, with the minimum necessary available. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. I felt very well, comfortable and welcomed. Good breakfast, we enjoyed it. The staff is great, helpful and forthcoming. Excellent team and excellent communication.

The walls/floors are a little thin and you can hear your neighbours.

Lovely apartment with 2 rooms, great beds, lounge area with TV and nice bathroom. All very modern and well kept. Clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location is great and very close to the lake and to cafes and restaurants.

Didn't love that there was no one on the front desk at 5.30pm - room key was left in an envelope. That's great, but I had to wait for another guest to leave before I could actually get into the building. 5.30pm is hardly out of hours check in.

The hotel was incredibly clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and helpful in providing ideas on what to do and where to go. It's less than 5 mins walk to the lake. It's peaceful and calm. A wonderful place to be for unwinding, with lots of activities to do.

We would have appreciated some form of coffee or tea machine in the room and it was very warm during our stay so air conditioning would have been a bonus.

A good room, large balcony, comfortable beds, great shower and space to manoeuvre and store your things. Breakfast was top class and can be taken outside, car parking was on site and easy. The bus stop is close by, 3 minutes to the lake and ferry jetty. Bike hire is also close by, lots of choice for evening meals, you won't starve here 😁 The staff are really very good, very nice people and go out of their way to be helpful 👍

The bathroom has to have more hooks and shelves for toiletries, slippers or gowns weren’t provided, the hair dryer didn’t work.

Clean contemporary rooms with big balconies, homelike atmosphere, nice cosy lounge/ library where we watched a football game with other guests, very attentive staff, good breakfast at the restaurant with outdoor terraces.

I had requested lake view and after getting confirmation I didn’t get it. That was a bit disappointing especially since I got the explanation on check out.

Breakfast was excellent and every day they had sth new added.

It would have been nice to have some coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Also for them to disallow smoking in the breakfast terrace while.people are eating as this was very off-putting as a non smoker.

Great location five minutes walk from the lake. Breakfast was good. The hotel is clean and quiet and well looked after by the owners / staff. The room is very big and spacious and the balcony also lovely.
