Super friendly staff and great service. just walking into the hotel feels really cozy. the indoor pool and the saunas are excellent and the breakfast was perfect. We’ve got a room last minute and we were quite happy with it but the beds weren’t really comfortable - bit of an awkward mattress, scratchy sheets and the pillow felt quite flat. We only stayed one night so it was fine but we would have probably ask for somewhat of an upgrade if we’d stayed another night.

We had a very nice, quiet room and everything was fine. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room very nice. There were plenty of parking places available. The hotel is located within walking distance of the centre of the city and there is a very good Italian restaurant in the same building. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We liked our room and even started to think of it as home after 5 days but, it was the only room that did not have a trouser press (yes we needed one) Although most of the room was sparkling and clean other parts had been left dusty. The 'double bed' was in fact 2 single beds made up seperately making a significant crevice between the 2 beds.

The breakfast was good. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. They even worked out how to provide me with hot water for tea. There was an equipped ironing room which was most helpful in a longer stay such as ours. It was quiet.

The room and bathroom were warm with limited airflow for the summer time.

The breakfast was great and the room comfortable and clean. The staff were also helpful with check in (Limited German). Location is also ideal as it is very close to the city within a 10min walk.

The rooms could use a kettle. The gym could stay open for longer, I guess this wouldn't have any negative consequences on the management. This is the case for most of the hotels but: I feel very uncomfortable when whenever the room is cleaned, they replace all toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, even if they aren't over! I feel like it's such a waste and I try not to ask for room service as much as possible. I would appreciate it a lot if they could just provide new toiletries without wasting the previous bottles.

The sauna, swimming pool and gym were amazing! Also, the breakfast was very very good! The staff was very kind and helpful. I think I enjoyed every interaction I had. The rooms were very clean.

Beautiful room, facilities and breakfast. I complimented the breakfast and the lovely young woman said we me it with love. It was evident. Everything was fresh, there were great choices and they made me a hot chocolate. The room had comfortable pillows and was well ventilated.
