Staff does not greet with people, one staff does reception, serving the tea and being the bar tender at the same time, feel sorry for them, this can explain why price is low

The hotel has only a digital reception desk. No chance to ask for the bill as well as to book a taxi. The reception/café idea was a bit of a strange thing, as you didn't know what the staff there was supposed to do.

The hotel is very new and clean. Breakfast buffet was nice.

One small thing, I chose to avoid unnecessary housekeeping for my room - their " Green Cleaning" option- as only a 2 night stay. The bathroom shower gel, I didn't realise , must have been almost empty upon arrival day and completely had ran out for my morning of departure. Too late to rectify.

Great Location. Modern contemporary, comfortable, recently fully renovated boutique property. Their €19 Breakfast. Garden and Bar. Their staff are very friendly and welcoming too.

Dark dark walls in the bedroom were not good.

Value for money

The room is cozy. It’s is near the central station and the shopping center. It is also very close to the tram station. Self checkin and check out was very smooth. Good restaurants around the area

There’s a little crack on the door strike spacer and I was afraid at first that it will not get locked. But it’s fine. Also the room is a little bit dark for me even if I’ve switched all the lights on it. But it’s just a minimal problem. That’s just me being honest.

Highly recommended! Located at the heart of the city. Walking distance to Little Tokyo area which is the one of the main reason why we’re in Düsseldorf. The room is clean and cozy. I have requested flower petals deco as a surprise to my husband and they made it well with cute cupcakes with happy birthday on it. Thank you for that! I also also love your handsoap, shampoo and body wash, they are superb! So nice on hair and skin. I even ask the receptionist for that specific brand but she won’t tell me (bec I forgot to take pics of it). But it’s fine. Overall we had a lovely stay ❤️

The area wasn’t very cozy. It was a long walk to the center. The terrace was under construction, so I couldn’t eat my breakfast outside. Advice: Please show the Wi-Fi key in the room or on the tablet, so guests can easily connect to the internet.

The air-conditioning didn't really seem to want to work, at full level it was loud and only a very small coolish breeze came through. l had some hot days and nights and would have loved some coolness. l ended up buying myself a portable fan so that l could have a cool breeze. Also there was a gaping hole above the bathroom door which was somewhat disconcerting.

The staff were super friendly and lovely. They fulfilled all my requests promptly and with a smile. The room was clean and you have the opportunity to choose an environmentally friendly clean option. The bed was comfy enough, although the pillows were a bit soft for my liking. The breakfast was great.
