The rooms and bathroom were quite spacious. The breakfast selection was exceptional. The location was great for exploring the city and park and close to supermarkets and a tram stop right across the street.

I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable.

Visitor, Conditions: We stayed here on a Sunday night as a family of four (husband and wife, two elementary school-aged children). We drove. Parking: There are two parking options. Both are located behind the hotel. One is a public surface lot. It cost 7 euros per night, but there is no security. The other is an underground parking lot within the hotel building. It cost over 20 euros per night (we didn't use it, so I don't know the exact amount), but there was someone at the entrance. Reception: The process was quick and detailed. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with our children, which helped ease our tension. Room: We used the room with sofa bed, which felt more spacious than we expected. There was enough space to spread out a large suitcase. The bed was the size of two single mattresses placed side by side, so we were very comfortable. The sofa bed was large enough for the children (although it might be a little unstable for adults). There was also a bathtub, so we were able to relax. Breakfast: There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including salad, ham, sausage, egg dishes, bread, soup, bread, coffee, and various drinks. Location: It took about 15 minutes to walk to the old town (with my child) and arrived at the square with the church. It was a great location for exploring Dresden Castle, the Opera House, the palace, and more. There was a tram station right in front of the hotel, so if you got tired, you can take the tram.

No AC in the room, staff especially during breakfast could be more smiling. Small requests should be not denied. I asked for poached eggs which should be a standard to make which was straight away declined by the breakfast chef lady even it was not busy early morning.

For the size of the hotel, the lobby area sitting and bar was very small. The lobby was also quite 'cold' and unwelcoming. Considering the hotel advertise english spoken, we had great difficulty trying to get across we had a medical issue and needed urgent medical help. With extreme gratitude, a fellow customer translated with the required urgency. And I do recognise that these issues arise but take care in the advertising. The beds advertised as a super king, actually two single beds/ mattresses together. Comfortable but with definite gap between. Pillow !! Super soft, absolutely no support at all.

Breakfast was top quality in quality and variety. Transportation was amazing with the tram stop right outside. The staff were fine and tried their best.

The location is very central. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant and bar onsite. The Frauenkirche is around a 10 - 15 minute walk, as are several other sights. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

The pool water was a bit too cold and the pillows on the bed were too thin (I had to fold my pillow twice to have a bit of a normal pillow width, so had to wake up often during the night to re-fold my pillow).

The breakfast was superb; very complete and good! My children are still mentioning the pancake machine :D Also the rest of the hotel and restaurant were very good.

The lady with red at the reception behaved a bit strange at first. She would laugh at us without a reason. Later, everything was okay. But this first impression made the experience a bit worse.

The hotel was very clean and cozy. It situated in a good neighbourhood, safe and quiet. The spa was nice for its price. Good internet.

It would be nice to have the bar opening times clearly displayed in advance. On our 3rd evening we were disappointed to find the bar closed, having enjoyed cocktails there on the other evenings. The shower was above a very high bath, which made getting in and out tricky, and potentially dangerous, for anyone slightly older.

The hotel is in a great position, just 10 or 15 mins on foot to the sights of Dresden. The big public carpark directly behind the hotel (Pirnaischer Straße) is only 7€ per 24 hours (pay in coins). Our room at the back of the hotel was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly, and there was a surprise card and little bottle of bubbly for my birthday. At breakfast there was a great selection, and the staff there were friendly, helpful and efficient.
