The hotel is currently under renovation. The location is not really ideal, but if you have a car, it is great.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I really liked the room, it was really spacious and the heat was working perfectly for December. It was warm and comfortable. It was a wonderful, peaceful, uneventful stay. The room was clean, equipped with everything that one may need (iron, hairdryer, and also a fridge) It is really a good hotel for this price range. I will definitely be coming back.

It is in the industrial neighborhood. We know and decided for it - nevertheless it stays an industrial neighborhood.

The hotel is under renovation currently and we were booked into the renovated part. Very lovely - all new and very comfortable. We truly liked it and it had a very good value for money.

As I said above, they are renovating the entire place. I worked very late and had intended to take a short nap prior to a late party in the area. The construction was so loud that any sort of nap was impossible. The work was from, if I remember, 8:00 am until about 6:00 pm - so no sleep or quiet possible during these hours.

I've stayed here several times. Since the last visit, they have been renovating and the room was really nice. Previously I would have not recommended this place but the renovated rooms are above average. The staff was excellent and the price very reasonable.

No kettle in bedrooms

We stayed overnight on long trip from Lake Como to Rotterdam. It was conveniently located and had parking space (paid garage at €10 per night). Hotel is being upgraded and we had a lovely room. Nice breakfast. Friendly Staff. Seemed to be lost of restaurants nearby. Only problem was we arrived at 1900 one night and had to leave before 0700 the next morning so didn’t get chance to much enjoy hotel.

the room is too warm and if you open the window, there are always people talking outside at the hotel front door until 4 pm.

Hotel easy to find near an highway in a semi industrial area, parking was ok, we had the last free slot, we cannot park inside the building because our car is too big. Good breakfast warm and cold things served at 06:30. Around the hotel you have at least 3 fastfoods and a chinese wok restaurant.

There are ongoing construction works at the hotel. Staff is polite and rather brief, not very welcoming. Few food options. The location is in a commercial area, not inviting for an evening walk.

The room provided ample space, underground parking, close to Stuttgart city, good Italian restaurant nearby.

Until you find a room top of Mcdonalds kitchen. So it began... after 12pm cleaning squad came in and started slamming doors underneath your room,squeaking doors and continusly slamming until 3am. To add spice, 6am food truck came in and woke up everybody basically with his forklift, so 3hours total sleep. Recommodation If you find yourself top of Mcdonalds,change your room far away due there's no reception 24h and believe me,Mcdonalds start cleaning either 12am or 2am depending of opening times. Unfortunately I will not visit them ever again because you cant be sure they have rooms available far away from McDonald's, so I wouldn't live this circus through again. It's sad because hotel itself it's great but this thing will drag this hotel to hell or bankrupt,believe me.
