Our stay was amazing! The restaurant downstairs serves delicious meals and has great breakfast in the mornings with variety of food for everyone. The room was very clean and warm. We had a great time here!

Most personnel were very nice, but two or three seemed to be just doing their job, posing a sour face, barely greeting guests and being rather impatient. Not a good presentation to the outside from a hotel and restaurant. I do not understand why screens were not fitted to windows allowing open windows on hot nights. We had windows closed to avoid being bothered by mosquitoes.

Good food- a fantastic white asparagus menu, excellent breakfast. Reasonably sized room with balcony, quiet room in spite of being on a thorough fare.

It was a hot day so we chose to sit outside for dinner but smoking was allowed in the outdoor seating area. No separation of smoking/non smoking tables.

Great hotel in town centre. Lovely big family room, although there were only 2 of us. Had dinner in the restaurant - large, varied menu. Tasty food. Good selection of items for breakfast.

Room was compact but well appointed, bed comfortable, WIFI adequate. Breakfast was wonderful, we had one meal at the hotel and it was excellent, the hotel speciality being seafood. Hotel is an a lovely town with dining options, supermarket, shoe stores, bakery, a clothing shop etc. It is well located for touring the area. All in all we were happy with our stay

No tea making facilities

Lovely hotel we was in a room on the other side of the road but it didn’t take away our experience of this hotel it was very busy on the Saturday we was there and the restaurant was full up but we had made a reservation the room was clean and warm it didn’t have tea making facilities but in the morning I was able to get a flask of hot water to take to my room it was not a problem the staff were very friendly and helpful

The room had a bit of cobwebs in some hidden places.

It would be nice to have a free bottle of water in the room. I work in a small hotel in Germany and they provide a small bottle of drinking water.

I think it could help to be a bit more obvious about what parking one should use. Outside the weekends it might be awkward. Of course the hotel does not claim to have its own parking. That is clear, so no suggestion of fault.

The rooms are well equipped with considerable space and balcony. Good plumbing. I consider this one of the best quality/cost stays I have seen, hence the unusual exceptional score. Staff are professional and very courteous, and the hotel welcomes guests as exactly that - it is clear they take great pride in the service delivered.

Smart, spacious, recently remodeled room with an attractive bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and not too expensive. Worth staying for the food alone.
