In room 3 the toilet room and shower are separated from the room with glass. Could be uncomfortable for some people but it’s fine for us.

Everything went great at this property. This was a new hotel for us and it was an amazing find. The hotel was very clean, the room was larger than expected, the bathroom and shower were great. The breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip. Breakfast was exceptional, amazingly wonderful and so very delicious. We talked about this hotel every day on our Christmas Market Trip. I'd like to go back to Erfurt just to stay here! And yes, the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you're nervous about not staying at a chain or trying something new...take a chance, you'll be glad you did!

Scrambled eggs and bacon with a side of sausage was excellent. Tray at center of table was very creative and festive. Nice touch! Staff was polite and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed.

From the moment we arrived, we were so well taken care of. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Host was very pleasant and helpful. The women who prepared breakfast were also very upbeat and kind. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel Domizil highly!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt like we were stayiing with relatives. The room was cute and comfortable. We loved how well they integrated the facilites with the room-very smart. The breakfast was generous, very satisfying, and simply fun. You will end up taking a picture of the spread of goodies they bring to your table.

Perhaps the bathrooms were a little unusual - not as private as some with the frosted doors. It didn’t phase me, but might some guests might be uncomfortable.

The hotel was quiet but in a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The owners had paid so much attention to all the details so the room was comfortable and pleasant, quite modern and convenient. Erfurt was a surprise - diverse, lovely with lots of restaurants in the area.

Bathroom is a bit exposed to the whole room. Sink in the bedroom and frosted glass doors to toilet and shower. Might be uncomfortable if you are not intimate with your travel partner.

Location can't be better, with castle and cathedral in front, tram lines 100m away and the old city just behind you. We got an apartment room, which is separated from the rest of the building and is stylish, cozy and ultra spacious. The bed was heavenly soft, interior was of a high quality and integration between historical building and modern feel was top-notch. The team on reception were friendly, supportive, advising on there to go best and what to see. Another highlight was the breakfast - a rare gem even in small boutique hotels! Served as mix of buffet and on-the-table selection, in wonderful living room, stylish and beautifully arranged, with a number of small touches and an excellent coffee and tea. Totally got in love with!
