The only down side was no air conditioning, which most of the year would not matter. The weather was warm during the day and did not cool off until late in the evening. European bedding is a blanket/sheet in one, so covers were either too much or too little. fortunately, they had a tower fan we were able to put in front of the window.

The view and location was amazing. walking distance to all the historical area. The staff was great. there was limited parking for our rental on site, which was great. Would definitely stay here again

More for people to be aware than something i didn't like: If you are booking "Dom Hotel" you must understand it is close to the "Dom". And Dom's (cathedral) have bells that will ring and you will hear them (in my case at 7am, but i was already up)!

Not a dislike but you have to reserve a parking space in the hotel car park, but if you don’t you can park in the underground car park next door which is actually roomier and easier to access, just a few steps further away. Many thanks to the helpful lady who gave me directions and instructions.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I became unwell and had to extend my stay. They were very concerned and assisted me. I can recommend the hotel and hope to stay there sometime again when I can enjoy the town and this hotel!

Very central location for Osnabrück, but on the nicer, less commercial side of the city centre. It also has underground parking (though the number of spaces is limited, so try to book ahead if possible. The room was exceptionally clean, very recently decorated, funky modern decor. Comfortable for temperature (though visited in sping so neither hot or cold oitside at the time).

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been the icing on the cake.

I was in a single room overlooking the courtyard. It was nice and quiet and I could sleep with a window open. It was a comfortable bed and I had an exceptional sleep. Should I be in Osnabruck again I will definitely be booking the Dom Hotel

There were no tea and coffee making facilities - not good when one desperately needs a cup of tea (maybe that's just an English thing).

Located on the edge of the central pedestrianised area, near restaurants, river and cathedral. Breakfast staff and reception staff were bright, helpful and friendly. Underground car park essential for my motorbike.

Great city centre hotel which underwent renovation since my last stay (4 years ago), which has greatly improved the look and feel of the place. The room was small but very cosy, very quiet and with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice (not a huge buffet, but everything there that you needed, all fresh and nicely presented), and staff is very friendly. The on-site garage (a bit narrow but otherwise fine) at a reasonable price is an additional great asset. The location right behind the cathedral is perfect for the city centre.

Excellent room, best bed I have slept in during my week in Germany. Smack in the middle of the city, about a 20 minute walk to the train station. One of the ladies suggested a cake place in the neighborhood as having the best cake in Germany and she was not wrong.

I booked a cheaper room, two things could be updated, like the tap in the bathroom was a little troublesome to handle and a towel holder was a little loose. But the room was still nice and very clean! It was not too bad because of the very affordable price and the very kind staff :) I will definitely visit again next time I’m in Osnabrück!
