The place is wide and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It lacks more information about how to get around the area, the other bed was noisy and uncomfortable, but overall it was a great place to stay!

The place is beautiful and we were given an upgrade to a bigger room than we originally booked. The room was gurgeous! Everything was very clean and beutifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. The room had kitchen/Sittingroom which alone was bigger than most rooms in places like this. Then there was the main bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. Breakfast in the morning was very cute and had plenty of choises even if it was small and only set for some ten persons.

The only negative thing was that the parking places were very tight. Also the house is on a high hill, so even though it's very close to the center there's some serious climbing ahead when you're returning to the house after a day in the town.

Breakfast was on-site and good enough. Nice view from the room.

Check-in was a bit confusing (had we known when we were arriving or had saved the WhatsApp contact ahead of time, it might have gone smoother). Steep climb after a long day of cycling (no fault of theirs)

I like almost everything about this hotel. The location is an uphill walk but you have an exceptional view of the castle, day and night. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable to sleep on. It is my second time here and I think if ever I go back to Wernigerode, I'd still choose this hotel. :)

Beautifully renovated B&B. Well done! Got an upgraded room with kitchen (did not use it). Peaceful, quiet. Loved it.

Property is in a hilly area. Just a bit steep for walking back, if you go downtown or something.

Magnificent room with a wide bed, large shower, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. Own garden area. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

If you are walking, the last meters will require some effort on your part.

The owner was really nice and there was a really nice welcome and we got a lot of information about the city etc. We got bigger apartment than we have booked. There was a really big balcony and the kitchen. It was close to the city center. The breakfast was really nice and we had no problem with choosing something for ourselves.

We could not close the balcony door, because there was no key to do that. There was one key to front door and to our apartment, so everybody, who had the key to the front door, could go in to our apartment without any problem. There was a broken bamboo roller blind in the bedroom, that didn't work properly, so the neighbours could see the inside of our bedroom. The wi-fi signal was quite weak.

I am super dissapointed and pissed we have booked this accomodation! We have booked this accomodation because of private whirpool in the bathroom. But it seems they are not cleaning it properly! When we start up the whirpool the dirt came out of the whirpool!! when we have informed the owner she did not even say sorry! not even talking about any compensation! When we were leaving she pretended to not see us and ignored us completely! I would not ever recommend this accomodation! Plus the water in the shower and in the sink was not going away quick enogh so when you are shovering you are standing in big puddle!

Very comfortable, clean and relaxing atmosphere

The property was perfect for families or if your travelling alone. Our room was excellent for myself and my 6 year old. The apartment was fully equipped with a little compact kitchen, oven, fridge, table and chairs. No sofa to sit on just the chairs.

Good & nicely looking appartment with everything you might need, good breakfast, amazing view.

Check-in was a bit messed up (partly from our side), but that's probably not a general problem.
