I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this unique design hotel! It’s a very special and memorable place — artistic, inspiring, and unlike any other 4-star hotel I’ve visited. I especially loved spending time playing my own composition at the piano and chatting with the lovely owner lady and her family; they made me feel truly welcome and at home. Everything about the atmosphere, the design, and the personal touch made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful breakfast, the staff at the reception were remarkably friendly and very helpful. One of our group forgot his phone in the bar and when we arrived at our restaurant, the girl from the reception had already phoned the restaurant to tell us, she had found the phone. Where do you find service like that anymore?

We didnt like that we couldnt pay up front on booking.com the room for one night where supposed to cost 139,00,-€ a night and the guy in the morning charged us 159,00,-€ didnt want to argue because we are on holiday but thats one Thing we didnt like

The place, from the outside, is unassuming. But inside, it is cozy and enjoyable. Breakfast is served in a nice environment, and is of very good quality. In all, it was a very enjoyable place to stay in.

The Hotel was very conveniently located for who's trying to spend a weekend at Phantasialand, or the Eiffel lakes and does not want to spend much money in the big cities around. The decoration is just so creative and one of the best parts. The Hotel is fully equipped with all commodities, slippers, shampoo bottles and even a present chocolate :) We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone who's in the Euskirchen area!

Good breakfast, very friendly people and - well you've seen the pictures - a special look. Not sure if this should be called "design", could be just "kitch" or "artsy" instead, but in the most friendly meaning of these words. There is stuff to look at everywhere. And everything is of good quality, even the duvets where filled with real feathers. Unfortunately I'm allergic to that stuff, but since you never encounter these nowadays, I did not send a note in advance. Yet the friendly lady managed to find some synthetic replacement for us in the middle of the night!

I did not like a transparent bathroom door and a really small shower.

Surprisingly bad pillows. Very nice and comfortable mattress and for some unknown reason very uncomfortable pillows. And: a glass door to the bathroom. Quite strange. No privacy at all. It might be a fashion some years ago but it is obviously disturbing. We do not really mind a glass door in the shower but the WC… there is at least some kind of privacy required at some moments in the WC.

We stopped on our way through Germany. We did not know what to expect. So, we were pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel. Spacious comfortable and very unusual room. Extremely friendly people. Location convenient for travelers from North to South of Germany.

Parking was tight and access through a side-street. The bed was terribly worn and sagged in the middle so much that I had to sleep on the very edge so as to not be pulled into the abyss. Room was Avant Garde.

The room was overloaded with old staff, and a renovation of carpet and walls would be nice, also the cupboard at the entrace. Pills were lying on the carpet behind the bedside cabinet, dust on the bed head and on the towel was a thick long black hair. Comparing it with other hotels, €120 are definitely too much

No evening food available and you need a car to get anywhere near a restaurant.

Easy to find very near to one of the main roads into town. The hotel decor is certainly unusual. If you enjoy pop art from the 70's you'll love it.

It’s an old hotel with a smell of old furniture. The ‘design’ of the hotel was an attempt to refresh the image of a very old hotel in dire need of renovation and change of furniture. Not close to the Therme spa either. We got tempted to book this hotel by the good reviews but I’m not sure why they are so high to be honest.

The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough.
