Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWe loved almost everything. A tiny minus were the croissants which were not so tasty as everything else we enjoyed at the delicious breakfast.
The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is very well taken care of. There is love in every detail from the fresh flowers and chocolates in the rooms to the delicious food in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed dining in the garden restaurant very much, which a lovely setting! The location was excellent and all the staff very well trained, as well as very friendly and helpful! We would love to return should we visit Heidelberg again!

It's service is superb and beyond words, from valet parking, to reception, to luggage carrying to the room. They made you feel being treated like they really care about you.
